The room we stayed in was a little dirty.
-
Room and bathroom had a bad musty smell. The TV remote was missing batteries. Front desk was very nonchalant. We will not be staying here again.
-
Pleasantly surprised. The outdoor area was pretty and well kept, decorated with tropical plants. The pool was clean. The room was clean. Only complaint was that there appeared to be a cigarette burn hole in the sheet and the fleece blanket had some kind of stains. 2 out of 3 times we tried to shower in the morning the water was luke warm. Overall better than we expected ! We usually stay in Oceanside where there is a lot of homeless issues there. This was a lot nicer and felt safer.

Good service clean room no complaints
-
Excellent AC. Bedding could be better. Smokey smell in 202 upon entering the room.

Nice
-
Clean rooms, cold AC, plenty free parking, helpful, friendly staff. Plenty of shops, and restaurants varieties, close to the freeway.
-
Nothing at all. Tweaker’s everywhere No hot water AT ALL. Drug addicts all night long and zero hot water all evening and even in the morning.

The property also has a homeless shelter on property. So property was crawling with people. There was a roach that came into our room on the second floor we ask if there was a bug issues she answered with im not the manager and manager is not on property. They were not helpful at all. So we left.

Staff parking, room, value were all fine No vending machines
-
No comment It was dirty, smell like cigarettes and I was in a non smoking area, we had bugs in our room. Front office wanted to charge me more to relocate me to another room
-
The room was clean and it was quite no drama outside or shady people. I felt safe.
-
Room has smell and pillows are smash staff loud in the morning.
-
It was a good place to stay for the night. The ac worked good the bed was fine. Good location if you want to walk to the 2 breweries nearby.

The Location Customer service is very bad.

Room was nice and clean. Most hotels provide complementary toiletries, but this place provided only a travel size bar soap and travel size shampoo+conditioner combo, so make sure you bring your own. The big problem with this place was safety... multiple homeless people and druggies hanging around and walking around the upstairs and downstairs looking into windows and rooms if they're open. There is what looks like a hotel turned into homeless shelter adjacent, so watch your cars and make sure they're locked. Police patrolled the parking lot at night, but I did not feel comfortable staying here with my little ones.

It was convent location The room smelled of urine and was hair all over I had to clean the room and buy incense to mask the smell it was terrible
