area is a bit iffy but still okay

Room was clean and spacious. The AC was loud but it was working fine. It would be nice to have a lounge chair and a table.

I was a little disappointed that they no longer have a pool

While the bed was comfortable, overall I found the room worn.

When I first got to the hotel I had my doubts but it was absolutely wonderful, staff was absolutely amazing, our room but excellent,, I don't have no complaints

Rooms were large and very clean. There was an elevator to easily get to the top floor. The air conditioning worked great. Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Front staff was great, and gave water at check in. Breakfast was okay, consisted for waffles, yogurt, dry cereal, juice, and coffee. Great value for the price. Easy parking and great food easy options like Starbucks and Chipotle steps away.

TV was small, and remote didn't work very well. After the front desk lady said it was ok to throw away small, broke down cardboard in the trash, the owner of the hotel wasn't too professional, said that i could use the trash. Cardboard is free to recycle!

This is always a nice place to stay with a really awesome refrigerator and helpful staff. There’s lots of restaurants nearby for eating. I wish that they would expand the breakfast a little bit with more protein like even hard boiled eggs. The only thing on the menu is cereal and waffles not even fresh fruit. I will stay again regardless

Excellent service. Fantastic AC. Very quiet and clean.

Very clean in the rooms and the office. Staff was really nice. The parking had some homeless and broken down cars and items I guess from people that couldn’t afford their room anymore. But it was pushed into a corner in the back out of the way.

Found roaches in my bathroom and on the desk.

A/C and breakfast

I have no complaints about the room, everything works and it was clean, but outside in the parking lot there were couple of old cars park overnight that looks like people live inside.

The hotel staff were very nice and pleasant to talk to. They were very helpful. The one thing that I noticed were the homeless that milled around the parking lot. I also discovered a cockroach in one of the drawers in my room. I brought it to the attention of the front desk. Aside from that, the location was ideal and the breakfast was adequate.

The breakfast area is small but cozy, with simple and basic breakfast options. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially when it came to assisting guests at the waffle station. I was also very impressed with my room. It was modern, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which I honestly was not expecting. Overall, I was initially skeptical about staying here, but once I entered the lobby and experienced the hotel for myself, my perception completely changed. I immediately felt welcomed and safe, especially since I was traveling with my daughter. I also really liked the location. It is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and other amenities, which made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I’m glad I gave this place a chance!
