It was cheap and had availability dirty, looked like many things were only partially-fixed after being broken, single-pane windows meant not good sleep with noise coming from outside, staff was not attentive/nice. $50 cash deposit?

I was not informed that the property was not pet- friendly. When I arrived at the property, the property manager was not helpful. He refused to refund. I felt his nationality was evident in not allowing a refund. Booking was also not helpful going forward. I reached out to my credit card issuer, it will take 30-60 days for their determination. I will take it to the next level unless I am refunded. Poor cooperative service

Room didn't feel clean, had a musty smell.. the air conditioner was working but taped together and the face was broken.. it said it needed its filter replaced, there was an unwiped mess on some surfaces.. burn holes in both some of the blankets and the shower curtains.. the sheets were also pilling badly.. found some hairs in the bed before use.. insides of drawers were dirty.. bed was very very firm.. it felt like kinda gross.. I don't normally find issues or nitpick but overall it wasn't great.. also wish there was an ice maker on the property.

For an older property, the Owners obviously take pride in their business. They were a pleasure to stay with, and I will recommend them to any of my coworkers looking for a spot during this project.

The manager asked for a $50 cash deposit and then gave me attitude when I didn’t have the cash. Haven’t had to do a cash deposit in over 15 years. He said go to the gas station or you can stay somewhere else. I went to gas station and it was closed. Had to go to Chase bank to get money. Will never stay there ever again!!! Read above

The clean beds and the clean sheets. The bathroom was also clean. They should have had coffee machines in Itthe room. No breakfast provided.
