Costumer service was great

Getting to the hotel was quite the fiasco. Having In & Out share the same driveway made it difficult to get to the hotel. There were also homeless around the area and we woke up to stolen pieces off our car which was frustrating. The hotel was clean and did the job for a quick overnight stay. Our room was right by the elevator and we could hear everyone very loudly in the hall way all hours of the night. Hotel is also right by the freeway so you could hear road noise all night. Overall the hotel was as decent if you’re looking for just a quick stop. Hotel staff was very sweet

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great, food was good, and pool was nice. the elevator was tiny.

Very close to the safari park, which was our destination. We arrived very early and the front desk staff had our room ready within an hour and a half. There are lots of food choicrs nearby. Del Taco, In N Out, Cane's, Carl's Jr across the road. Room was clean. In room keurig, fridge. Great shower, nice water pressure, nice snd hot. Dove shampoo, bodywash and lotion was really nice. Need to buy some for home. Breakfast was great, nice hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins,fruit, juice. Very clean and well stocked breakfast. The fresh ground and brewed coffee was excellent. Didn't hear any noise at night, even though the hotel semmed full. We went mid-week.

Getting in can be slightly difficult due to an In n Out right next to the hotel, but getting food is pretty fast due to it. Very clean, the bed was comfortable, and Escondido itself is quite nice on the side the hotel is at.

The room was clean and the staff has good customer service skills.

Room was very clean. Shower was nice, good water pressure. Breakfast was plentiful and convenient. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. After checking in the room found out we got two full size, not even two queen beds. Breakfast was good, everything else is very average.

The bathroom spelt like rotting vegetables, the hallway to my room was so hot . The thermostat said 85 degrees. It was just an old hotel . The in & out right next to the hotel made it worse .

This hotel is in a very noisy location with construction next door. Old facility with new carpet and paint - but the infrastructure is very worn.

The staff and room was great, would stay here again.

Convenient parking spot close to the entrance

Parking was good but if you wanted to get to hotel or leave you had to play Tetris with the in and out line as it blocks to the entrance. Breakfast was usual nothing special. At 250/night? I was disappointed. This was more a 150/night and that’s pushing it.

Everything was excellent the only one thing I didn’t like I was not able to have a wet shave as the sink did not allow it. Everything else was good even the breakfast.

If you’re looking forward to an easy arrival, get ready to wait in and In n Out line, just to enter the premises. Seriously?! You all know how long those lines are. Well, you’ll have to wait in one unless you don’t mind weaving through other surrounding fast food parking lots, which is what we figured out. And this will be all hrs of the day by the way. Get ready for that. The room was ok and somewhat clean. There’s a kitchenette but no towels, silverware or plates? Huh?! The bathroom is tight and the toilet is right beside the shower door where you hang your towel. So unless you’re a habitual toilet closer, your towel will have toilet splashes. Honestly for the price this is not the hassle anyone deserves. The 3 stars I gave…was generous. Not staying here again.

Friendly staff and clean

Pool was freezing. Guest dryer isn't hooked up properly. Room had old guest contacts dried up on the floor and towels had other people's hair on them.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was delicious and it had several options to choose from. The staff was very friendly. Safe and easy parking.
