Americas Best Value Inn Eugene

Clean, quiet and great value for the price! Would stay again.

For the price it was clean and decent

Very clean and well maintained. Staff very courteous- we arrive several hours before check in with no place to go and they found an available room for early check-in.

Room was comfortable. They need better sound proofing to cut out traffic noise. The hotel is between two busy one-way streets. It looks like a new door and door frame would help.

The staff was so nice. The place was clean. could use some updates but I honestly have zero complaints.

Clean, good location

The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The location worked out well and we were able to easily head out to our destination with no traffic issues. This is the second time we’ve stayed at the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Passable

It said it had breakfast. That consisted of a granola bar left in the room and room coffee

Price and location The fragrance in the room but then. Sm sensitive to fragrance

Clean room, grateful that staff took off the garbage and replaced towels the day after our first night.

Was a good unprompted stay. The desk clerk was helpful

Nice little motel for a quick overnight stay for the Ducks game. Clean room. Nice staff. Nothing negative to say.

Very kind and helpful staff. Made sure I had a wonderful stay.

The cleanliness of this hotel was appalling; the nightstand was covered in dust and debris, the table was thick with dust, and the bathroom was littered with hair. The bathroom sink was barely draining, and the room reeked of an unpleasant curry odor—a smell that was even more overpowering at the reception desk.

On the web it say breakfast included but there wasn’t much on breakfast side it was banana ,granolas bars ,yogurt, with coffee for breakfast every morning

It’s in a sketchy part of Eugene but overall the room was really nice

Big rooms Location - not far from the downtown, close to bus stop and store Helpful staff A bit outdated

Exceptional

Very pleasantly surprised - very comfortable beds and good facilities in room. The room is quite dated but this didn't affect our stay and we would definitely stay again.
