Americas Best Value Inn Eugene

Despite the age and condition of the motel, it was well kept and comfortable. The family was very kind and attentive. Good, secure central location.

The floor had holes in it, the drywall had holes in it, the toilet tank was being held together by tape, and the bathtub was dirty. For the price that they were asking, $288 a night, I expected more. The pictures were just at the hotel. They didn’t have any pictures of the room or the property. There was many homeless people around the property.

Nice price and clean. Walking distance to 4 restaurant

The room was average. The bathroom needed some updating, lots of discoloration of the walls, the floor was also very dirty. Walking barefoot left black marks on the shower rug.

The staff were very friendly. The price was reasonable. The bed was a little firm but that is a personal preference.

It was a great value for the stay. The staff was very nice and everything was clean.

One night stay after a late flight. Front desk was welcoming. Great area. It was exactly what we needed at a great price.

The picture presented of the property on the website was false. It was in a horrible part of town filled with drug addicts, a porn store, the TV didn’t work, the place was an overall dump inside, the outlets were substandard, etc., etc.. Would never recommend this property and would never stay there again.

They always provide food, free wifi, and amenities. Very helpful staff. The door had open seals, like the edges of the door weren’t snug so it let in all noise of traffic unfortunately, but other than that not much.

Great ownership, clean, safe and a good breakfast. Within walking, distance of stores in downtown eugene. You can't go wrong at this place. A 100% satisfaction. And some of the rooms have a full stove with a four burner top an oven.

A very clean and well-run family-operated establishment. It’s a solid choice for a fair price. Breakfast selection is very limited but, yes, we would recommend.

The room was on an angle. The bed right next to the wall, no wall space no turn. Everything else was perfect.
