Clean & nice room. Highly recommended.

The whole set up was very clean. Obviously the motel was just refurbished recently and was very well done. The room was immaculate and quiet even though the motel is right on a busy road. Would book again. Not much to not like except being on a busy road across from some apartment buildings. Was still very comfortable.

Room was very eclectic! Loved it! A/C was noisy & blew directly on the head of the bed. Sink in bath didn't drain well. Coffee pot needed cleaning. Room & parking lot were exceptionally clean.

It can’t possibly be a 3 star hotel

The hotel is clean and well-run with a friendly staff. It is easy to find in Eugene. The air conditioner was much louder than we liked, even on the lowest setting. I did not find the bed firm enough. There was quite a bit of street noise from cars passing, it's on a busy street. We feel the previous reviews did not fully match the reality and we did not get the restful sleep we needed after a long day's drive.

This is a wonderful little motel. The room and bathroom were immaculate with very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and good television. It’s also in a great location with easy parking and restaurants with in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds are comfortable and the blackout curtains worked well. All the appliances were in good, clean, working order. The negatives were few, but important to me: There was no actual continental breakfast with coffee, as pictured in the advertising. Instead, there were some snacks in the room and a Keurig. The coffee that a keurig makes is almost undrinkable. When I see a picture of fresh fruit, large carafes of coffee, and some pastries and yogurt, that is what I expect to be available, and I plan for it. It was very disappointing to have a sub-par morning experience. Don't advertise what you don't have. Also, the AC was behind the bathroom door, which meant that it could not cool down the bathroom. It was really loud on the lowest setting. Very odd placement of the AC. Most motels have them at the front of the room for a reason. This is on a busy road, so if that's a problem for you, you might want to look on another street. It was fine for my purposes, but you can definitely hear the noise in the room.

Cute little spot. Clean and in good repair. Located right on 6th where you can walk to shops and take a stroll through nice neighborhoods.

The manager was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The extra pillows and snacks were welcoming touches. I will definitely return to this cute motel!

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. I'm sorry I forget who helped us at the front desk but he was kind and helpful. We had a plane to catch the next morning after 2 weeks of camping and I am so thankful we were upgraded at no extra charge to a room that had an attached separate bedroom so my kids could sleep while my husband and I got all of our bags packed. The neighborhood didn't seem like the greatest but I felt very safe on their property getting luggage in and out of our car at night while packing. I always look for hotels that have a high cleanliness score and they did not disappoint, both the bathroom and bedrooms were as clean as hotels can be. For a quick in and out hotel in Eugene this was absolutely perfect.

This place is clean and comfortable but the neighborhood is sketchy. Major police raid happened next door during our stay which was alarming and prevented us from leaving on time, as we were told by police to stay in our room while they secured the area. I know that was an unusual occurrence and I would probably stay here again because the bed was so darn comfortable. Eugene police were extremely friendly and polite!

not much really crooked floor , made me sea sick, loud and not relaxing , in the middle of nowhere not like in a country sort of way but a suburb.
