Express Inn & Suites, Eugene

The family was great and friendly to our family during our stay. The parking lot was always clean and safe all throughout our trip. My family will choose this place on our next visit to Eugene, Oregon.

Very clean room and friendly staff. The air conditioning half-worked, and the Wi-Fi is so slow it is almost amusing - 1990s dial-up kind of speeds. Luckily people nowadays have faster data connections on their phones.

The staff were always ready willing and able to help, and I have a tendency to ask for a lot of things.And I got everything with a smile😊

staff was friendly The location is a little dodgy, and lots of traffic / train noise. room could use a microwave and coffee maker.

Easy to find. Employees were great. No coffee maker, tho it was advertised as having one. No coffee or anything in office. Very spartan, but clean.

Good people

The room was clean, had new looking linens and looked freshly painted. The neighborhood is kind of scary at night with lots of people milling around. The lock in the door was not working very smoothly and I felt a little unsafe with that.

Had a bathtub. Quiet and near to downtown. No issues with checkin or checkout.

Bad

Nothing. There were bugs in the bed. It smells strongly of cigarette smoke. It was not clean. Poor parking. Front desk person was asleep and came out in pajamas. Couldn’t even stay there, had to pay for another hotel last minute and then they tried to deny my refund.
