The spiders, the uncomfortable bed, the thin walls where we could hear all our neighbors talking.

There was not a double lock for the door. Homeless people talked and yelled loudly outside my door and from the deck above me. Kept me awake most of the night. Room smelled bad, perhaps from smokers.

Good location; clean linens and towels; coffee maker in room Room had distinct smoky smell; no way to turn off the old heater or control / adjust temperature; no A/C; very small shower; no convenient place to plug in the coffee maker

No hair dryer and when looking for it instead found mold in the bathroom cabinet. Seemed to have lots of random people hanging around the parking lot who maybe live there?

Location was good but rest of the aspects was not that good. They charged me $145 for the night instead of what booking.com told me the price would be of $135 during booking.

Staff always available. The staff is helpful and friendly. I like that there was a working cubic refrigerator and a working microwave. The plush pillows were the BEST. Good location, next to a gas station and a coffee shop. Location is also near restaurants. The motel is off the main 101 hwy, which makes it easy to find. Nasty, spotted and soiled lounge chair. Thank goodness there was another chair that was decent to sit on. The shower curtain was nasty and dingy; mold underneath the bathroom window sill (window stool).
