The pool hot tub area was a lot of fun, good breakfast, the room was very large and the property is well maintained. The nearby neighbourhood is pretty rough though, not recommend taking a stroll by foot

You can’t use pool if you have three and breakfast which is horrible, can only have two people from your room eat. Which I hate people, everyone in line took enough food for four, leaving zero for anyone else, and it wasn’t replace in the 20 minutes we waited. Must be Cali thing but initial no smoking pet fee car info rates here uggg Oh and it’s in the middle of a homeless area… And right next door to a dispensary. Beware

I brought my grandchildren to stay the night. The pool and hot tub were both great. They even had a staff member to offer coloring for the kids and pool noodles. For the adults she was friendly and offered information on things to do around the area. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of food. Place was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was perfect to walk downtown to shops and food. Friday night street fair and many activities in the area. Hot tub, pool, breakfast and mini oasis were great. Breakfast was awesome! Room was as described with the exception of coffee pot and condiments in bathroom next to toilet, which we quickly relocated to desk area. Family friendly pool area and staff were great and helpful. 5 stars

Dirty room, dirty hotel, terrible unsafe location. Towels and bedding smell of mildew. Never again.

A very nice hotel within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers limo service to take guests to any restaurant and bring them back to the hotel; I thought that was a nice extra service.

Clean rooms, breakfast was yummy. Lovely pool and hot tub. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were amazing! The coffee maker was an unexpected treat! Breakfast was cool and lacked flavor and variety.

Good place to stay

Our stay was nice! We stayed in a family suite and it was newly renovated and very clean! I didn’t love that you had to walk past the pool and hot tub to get breakfast. It was slippery carrying food especially with little kids. Breakfast was ok, but could use improvements. Selena (limo driver) was amazing! We would come back just for her kindness! Staff at check in and those that wandered could have been more friendly. Didn’t feel greeted or welcomed like we have at previous hotels. Location is good!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel. The best of 6 hotels we stayed at this trip.

The hot tub and pool area was very nice. The property was well maintained.

We enjoyed the Oasis area in the evening and morning breakfast time. We found an outdoor store with lots of fun things to buy across the street. It was a bit noisy from the traffic on 101, but that is to be expected with as many lanes that are there and the speed limit. Also, it was just a short drive to the old part of town and the boardwalk where there were art galleries and many murals.

Friendly staff! Chris, Ryan and Selena were amazing. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Waffles and coffee were great from the continental breakfast. Limo service to get to your restaurant for dinner and they pick you up afterwards. It’s an amazing home away from home. Definitely recommend this place to stay when visiting Eureka.
