Clean and comfortable room. Nice staff.
-
Very nice place except the for the bed. There was a cover on the mattress that was probably a stain protector and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff and the faculty was great, but the bed was really not comfortable.
-
Room was clean but it is located in a terrible area. I have never felt more nervous in staying in area. I thought my car would be broken in to. Never seen more drugged out people around the facility.

It was 100% better than before, and it was nice then. Beds were just right, beautiful styled comfortable rooms. It was wonderfully qui We had cocktails before dinner. It was a pleasure to just relax in a wonderful atmosphere with terrific staff. Dinner and Breakfast were done with great attention and detail.

Clean and welcoming. Everything we needed

Very nice stay. Convenient to everything we wanted to see in Eureka.

I would have given a higher rating, but I was disappointed that our Premium Queen Room had a noticeable dog urine odor. I’m not sure if this is an issue specific to that room or if the suites are different, but the smell definitely impacted our overall experience. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendly service.

Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. It has been a delightful stay.

Very cool historic building. Cool small bar off the lobby. Great dinner and breakfast options. Staff was helpful and we appreciated that our pet was allowed.

Lovely Inn, nice service, great breakfast although they need to stagger entry times so they are not slammed all at once. Overall a great Inn in a cute town. Highly recommend spending a Friday night so you can enjoy the street party- great bands, food, vendors - super vibe in town.

One of the most friendly “hotels” we’ve ever stayed in, and we travel a lot!
-
We had room number 208 and it was RIGHT BESIDE the stairs so we heard everyone moving about on the other side of our wall. The room overall was nice. I bet it was top notch 15 years ago. The carpet was stained and needs replacing.

Liked the clean room, staff, breakfast and dinner options at inn. Like the coffee and tea options in lobby.
-
A wonderful stay with great breakfast- special ordered. A comfortable bar area with a complimentary class of wine and/or beer. The place has character. Lovely dining room.
-
Outstanding hotel and staff! It's quaint without the creaks and groans of an old hotel. Needed a small fridge for some medication that has to stay cold and it was in our room in minutes. The restaurant and the bar on-site are also award winning and deservedly so. Easy walk to old town.

A great place to stay. Breakfast was lovely.

Everything is great, especially the order-to-cook breakfast choices. My only complain is the bed, it's too soft, and makes noise & shake every time you turns, one of us ended up slept on the floor.

The next morning we had reservations for breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. I travel with a small medical service dog. Placed her in a stroller to be unobtrusive. As we entered, a staff member yelled from across the lobby that pets had to be in the lobby. I responded that she was service and she kept yelling at us. Other folks in the lobby joined the chorus and told us that 'we' were disrupting their experience. Ruined our appetite and we swiftly checked out. Manager after he arrived apologized, but the poor experience was terrible. Room had landscape lights shining in the window, all night long and toilet seat was not attached on one side.
