Staff was great. Very helpful with suggestions. Close to the hospital & then my son’s apartment. Very quiet during my stay Barebones breakfast but at least they had one- oatmeal plts, granola bar, apples, coffee. Juice machine not working. Do have to request when you want your room serviced rather the on a rotation

Inexpensive, clean rooms with enough bed space for a family of four. Location was a little dodgy. Lots of traffic and un-housed people.

The fridge somehow shut off on us and we had medicine that was in the fridge. I can't guarantee that it is still 100% but due to its cost we are keeping our fingers crossed since we can't get it replaced.

Relatively large room. Clean. Breakfast. This is not breakfast, this is coffee and juice and if you lucky - apple.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was not great. No green space, only cement everywhere. Parking spaces were very small. Room had ants--could have been cleaner.

Property location was great! Dutch bros basically on the same property, McDonald’s right down the road, gas station across the street and 8 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes the beach! Beds were comfortable/clean. Room was clean and had working AC/heater, room was clean and odor free. Travelled with family and was able to get one room with three beds and it was plenty of space (although we were out and about and only stayed in room to sleep) I feel like breakfast could have been a bit better but it works for quick grab and go (oatmeal, granola bars, apples) there is also homeless people on the general vicinity of the city/town so you do see them around the property- however we had no issues. Parking lot was clean and you only saw them passing by on sidewalk.

Did not have a breakfast. Packets of oatmeal does not count as breakfast.

Location The price was high. The breakfast was just grab and go. With the price we pay we were expecting a good breakfast. The kitchen had a lot of cockroaches. It was very dirty

Nothing. The parking lot was littered with homeless people and it is immediately obvious that you, not your belongings, are safe there. I would stay literally anywhere else. I didn’t like a single thing about this place. It was disgusting, the staff were rude, and there were unsavory characters all over the parking lot! In the 5 minutes we were parked to cancel our reservation and request a refund (which they denied so please heed my warning and do NOT book this place), we had multiple people walking right up to and around the car.

Just a place out of Shasta lake area, but our newer car broke down on the way here and needed to stay a few more nights. I loved everything about it . Thanks All good
