The front desk doesn't want to seem to do any work. The orange juice was barely tinted orange and was more like water. The breakfast is literally non-existent with nasty apples and some packets of generic oatmeal. The parking lot was a disaster of trash as was the hallways. The rooms were decent size

We have been here several times and we always stay her because of the service, cleanliness and comfort. This place is always clean and quite. We always enjoy our time here. We highly recommend this place

This place felt above and beyond expectations for an overnight at a motel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and that staff was kind and very helpful with anything we needed.

Istayed at the hotel for a week.It reeked of mold. We found mold underneath the bed. They were supposed to move us to a different room. They never did. The refrigerator didn't work. I had to argue with them to get a refrigerator the room was facing the alleyway next to dumpsters. We're a lot of homeless we're smoking drugs.Meth pipes on the ground said they sort of continental breakfast. There was nothing there but a packet of instant oatmeal and a still no name granola bar, they considered that continental breakfast.\n When we went to check out, the lady was very rude. I was telling her about everything that was going on.\n And she got an attitude with me like it was my fault. Every single night we had to call between 10 and 1 AM. Because people were going in and out there rooms on both sides and smoking drugs in the rooms. Then the lady that claimed that she was the manager of the place we told her about it. She said she looked up on the computer and there was no complaints for the whole week. We were there, but we had to call every single night. Several times for them to talk to the people next door to list. We also requested a handicapped room because my husband has congestive. Failure can't do stairs. They gave us a bottom floor room, but it wasn't a handicap room.\nI've stayed at super eight before it issues with the one in eureka is absolutely disgusting

They state they have a continental breakfast, it was like warm coffee, granola bars and packets of oatmeal.

The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful when we called to make the heater work. Also one the housekeeper lady was able to provide me with what I need in my room eventhough she was a bit pre-occupied at the moment. She took a couple of minutes of her time to assist me. Thank you.

Price Free breakfast!!! But very limited choices.
-
Fair price The neighborhood was questionable. There were a lot of people loitering on adjoining streets. It did not feel comfortable.

Check-in was smooth and the male employee who checked us in was kind and even gave us great food recommendations. The room itself was fine for a quick overnight stop after hiking in the Redwoods on our drive to LA for work. Unfortunately, our experience completely changed the next morning. While preparing to check out, we discovered our bags were soaked with water, including our laptop bag and clothing bags, resulting in damage to our laptops and belongings. When we called the front desk to report the issue, the female front desk agent immediately became aggressive and accused us of causing the damage ourselves by pouring water in the room. A housekeeping staff member later confirmed this was an ongoing leak issue coming from the bathroom. The front desk agent’s behavior became so hostile that I felt the need to call the police to document both the property damage and the interaction.

Close to ocean. Somewhat outdated

very clean. lighted parking lot, I was not worried about my car. breakfast was only a small very sugary granola bar and apples. I stayed 10 nights and I asked for room service after a week, and I was told they were too busy.

Location, clean I can’t complain. It’s good

This was a solid spot for me and my son to sleep, sh!t, shower and shave. It was pretty quiet and the Dutch Bros. coffee across the street was definitely a treat. I wouldn't stay here with my wife, but for what I needed it was great.

We thought there was a pool/jazz but there was not one ?

Gave me a room that someone was using at the time, we both had dogs and thankfully our dogs didn't try and go after each other when the door was opened since neither of us was prepared for that happening.
