Very nice hotel and staff

Only complaint is that there was a mysterious stain on the comforter blanket and the staff won’t give me a new one :( was just told that it was discoloration It was not discoloration

The trash was never taken out of my room from prior person. I tried to call the front desk 4 times over a period of 40 min never answered. Chairs at breakfast were really low and hard to get up from when you have difficulties with mobility.

It seem to be clean but found crusted tissue und my my sheets when I strip the bed manger didn't care about the cleanliness of the room and was a ashore about the situation recommend going to a different hotel if you want it to be clean

The location to local scenery attractions. I didn’t like that the waste baskets did not have trash bags in them, along with extra bags for refills. I would also suggest to place a few covered trash cans on each level floor to dispose of any room trash for the guests. It’s convenient for the guest and It helps to keep the rooms clean for the hard working housekeepers.

We had a great day! The parking lot felt very safe and it was a convenient location. It was topped off by a nice breakfast before we left. We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in town and recommend it to others.

The location waws great - easy access to freeway, quiet, and right by Costco to get gas. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. We could easily fill up our water bottles at the juice station. The staff was super friendly and helpful and gave us good ideas as we explored the Pacific North West. I thought the staff was excellent! One morning the sausage was cool. Everything else was warm.

It was truly a wonderful experience. Everything was above and beyond. But, special shout out to the fully stocked breakfast.
