The second room was better (marginally). It didn’t smell clean at all. The room keys kept deactivating so there were numerous trips to the front desk to collect new room key cards. I will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Everett

Great location

One of the best sleeps I've had at a hotel, I mentioned to reception and she told me they have a lot of new beds. Hotel was clean, quiet, breakfast was great, zero complaints. Would stay again. Very close to outlets.

The building is old, but clean. The halls and elevator were smelly but the room was fine. Human interaction will leave you wanting. The staff is horrendous. We stayed overnight after a hospital stay awaiting a flight home. At 6am I went for water for bottled water and an ice bucket to the front desk. The night desk clerk wouldn’t come out and when she did she had obviously been asleep. She told me she couldn’t help me and as soon as housekeeping came in she’d have them help. The morning breakfast staff watched me knock on a door and ignored me for 5 min as I asked for help believing I wanted food early rather than just answering the door and asking. The customer service is deplorable.

Great place. Comfy bed, good pillows, good breakfast, hot tub. All was good.

This best western provided a convenient stay North of Seattle at a discount compared to the city. There are ample restaurants about and the town of Everette looks to have some cute shops. It is 8 min from Luckie Farms! The room was spacious and had a fridge. Firm bed and very comfy pillows. The door ro the room was difficult to open and it there was a trick to the shower. Minor annoyances but should probably be attended to.

Room spacious clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good and easy parking. More restaurants in walking distance. Hotel looked in need of updating inside and out

The ac in our room was extremely loud, so we couldn’t really keep it on if we wanted to watch tv. The pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance but there was no prior notification of this… super bummed when we woke up and wanted to hot tub and couldn’t. It was an okay experience overall, not sure I would stay again though.

Clean and attractive.

Nice breakfast and great front desk staff. Parking was nice too as you can get in and out of the hotel from various access doors. I parked my car in front of my room window. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Everett.

Great

Clean room! Old elevator. It is an old building with new renovations. There was a very loud party happening when I arrived. And head's up - some of the doors only open if you turn the knob up (not down). Ask which is your door before trekking all the way to your room.
