Inn at Port Gardner-Everett Waterfront, an Ascend Collection Hotel

A special thank you to Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us fantastic recommendations on things to do and the best places to eat. His local knowledge and genuine friendliness made a huge difference in our trip. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. The Inn and its staff are truly top-notch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to have a quiet nights rest

When we stayed-my daughter and I arrived to a hotel that was without running water. The front desk was of very little help in finding a suitable remedy, The issue was out of their control but we had been on the road for hours and picked this hotel to settle into before heading back home. We felt offering a complimentary stay in the future or water from their cooler would have been appropriate, They gave my daughter and I 2 warm Aquafinas and said sorry but that is what it is and all we have. We used one bottle to wash our face and brush our teeth and shared the other before bed.

The one thing I didn't appreciate was the slight attitude we got from one of the housekeepers. We were staying with our service animal, and this particular staff member made several comments that implied she didn't believe our dog was a service animal. For example, as I was going down the stairs in the morning to let our dog out, she was coming up the stairs. "Room 214 right? The seeervice animal". "Her tone was dismissive, as though she was questioning whether the dog was actually a service animal. Really made me feel uncomfortable. Everything else was great, but the staff should be more accommodating to those who need service animals. This kind of skepticism can be both hurtful and legally problematic.

I have stayed here in the past usually it is pretty good. This time however when I checked in they told me that their water was not working I had no toilet I had no water absolutely none. That means no bathroom amenities. They would not even give me any kind of comp. Plus they were not very nice either. I doubt I will stay there again

Clean rooms, clean property, okay parking, walkable to restaurants. Perfect location halfway thru our trip to Canada.

The location was amazing super easy access to take the freeway and days trips the location made this quick and convenient The breakfast could be improved although not bad it’s not great

Location. They were a bit cheap with the breakfast items. Door to lobby locked at 10:50 pm. The sign said 11:00 pm. I called the number like it said on the sign and no one answered to let me in. Fortunately someone who stays there regularly walked up and also wanted to get in. I told him I called and no answer. He knew the window to knock on to get the front desk attendant’s attention. I didn’t know that. It was a bit scary.

Very quaint and fun little inn. Loved the lobby - very homey! Easy access to the water & many restaurants!!
