Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Everett Downtown

Great location. We enjoyed our quick stop in Everett.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned! The trash, recycling, and dirty towels piled up! We fully expected house keeping to at least collect the trash daily.

Otherwise, nothing special to note. It met my expectations for a Courtyard.

Nice clean and secure place to stay

I used all of the coffee creamer the first day (there were two packets) and it was never refilled again, so I only had coffee the first morning. I was not aware that the hotel is not in the best neighborhood (there were a lot of questionable characters standing by the front doors every night when I came back) and then to be expected to pay extra for parking in the garage was not appreciated. I don’t think anyone should be expected to park out front at night and then be afraid to walk outside.

This is right across the street from one of the most amazing children’s museums I’ve ever been to. It’s also a short drive to the ferry launches. The parking is easy and safe, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and staff is super friendly.

Travelled with our 2 grandkids age 6 and 3. Hotel was clean. Room was nice except USB plugs all 3 didn’t work. Front desk was nice but not helpful and a bit rude to another person looking for guidance on an event at THEIR facility. Pool is small and a little cold. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was included in our room but we had to ask how it worked since we were not instructed what to do or where to go. It was a slow turn around time as they seemed short staffed but was good. Overall it was a decent stay. Great location to Children's museum and downtown area.

The carpet smelled like feet and cheese, the lobby was basis frat party and the hallways smelled like weed and cigarettes. Will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN

The Starbucks was down when that is the reason I chose to book there.

Amazing time, we came for the 4th and this was the perfect spot for the parade!!

We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings.

The ice machine on our floor was not working

The hotel rooms were not clean, had odor and and chipping and stained furniture. The housekeeping was poor as no one came to replenish our room with towels or empty trash all day like they do in other hotels. I asked for this service and the woman came up with the linen cart. However, she used her bare hands to continuously empty the bathroom trash full of unsanitary products and place it directly on the clean linen cart. She didn’t even utilize the bag that was in the trash and quite literally went bare handed and emptied every trash item and placed it on the clean cart. There were yellow stains behind the toilet when arrived too. I stayed here before ten years ago and it’s a nightmare and worst experience I had compared to before or any other hotel stay I had.
