Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Everett Downtown

We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings.

Property was great would stay here again

Clean and quiet.

The hotel rooms were not clean, had odor and and chipping and stained furniture. The housekeeping was poor as no one came to replenish our room with towels or empty trash all day like they do in other hotels. I asked for this service and the woman came up with the linen cart. However, she used her bare hands to continuously empty the bathroom trash full of unsanitary products and place it directly on the clean linen cart. She didn’t even utilize the bag that was in the trash and quite literally went bare handed and emptied every trash item and placed it on the clean cart. There were yellow stains behind the toilet when arrived too. I stayed here before ten years ago and it’s a nightmare and worst experience I had compared to before or any other hotel stay I had.

Great room

Had a large corner suite for a family gathering. Perfect location and the folks at the front desk were very accommodating

The location is excellent. Easy parking, but also walkable to plenty of places. Half a block from the Sunday morning farmers market. And the front desk staff was friendly. I would have liked some basic information when I checked in since there was not info card in the room about housekeeping service (None. I was there two nights.) and wifi (had to figure that out myself.) Also, whatever computer system they have at the front desk is super slow and cumbersome. I bought a drink from the little snack bar there. Literally took five minutes just for the person to process my purchase. The morning I checked out I heard loud arguing in the hallway. I assumed it was a family with kids. When I left my room, it was two housekeepers arguing. I found that quite unprofessional. Also, don't bother trying to get breakfast there. Not much selection and the person in front of me had waited twenty minutes for what was basically a microwaved egg sandwich. I left and went to Narrative Coffee a block away. That was a much better decision.

the first room we were put in was tiny and with a sliver of a window. I requested a better room and they did move us up to the next floor, better light and a little larger room, but still was not impressed with this hotel. too expensive for what I got

Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Walking distance from Angel of The Winds Arena!!

Very clean and spacious room! More disabled parking would be nice!

The veteran that checked me in was super amazing

I have been staying at the Courtyard in Everett for nearly 2 years at least 1-2x a month. The security is awesome here. The parking is fairly reasonable and not a bad thing, being connected to the local police dept, lol. Marlene, at the front desk is absolutely hands down, the most pleasant lady ever. Other courtyards don't come close to the level of customer care as this location

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We want to stay again with our Grandkids so they can enjoy the pool, go to the great Everett Children’s Museum and Funko nearby.
