Muy viejo, afuera en el parking parecía un drug dealer, y el cuarto olía feo

The area is noisy and obnoxious and there were alot of crack heads hanging out in the parking lot at night Sheets and towels had stains although they seemed to be washed Wifi was frustratingly slow. I had to leave and find late night cafes to do work. The bathroom had a window but no curtains so if someone wanted to peep, they would have a free show AC was great though! it was nice and cold Mini fridge also worked as intended It kept my things cold

There are plenty of no smoking signs that must be there for decoration because there were so many people smoking on the property, by my room, everywhere and management didn't seem to care. The room was dirty and out of date.

The first thing I look for is cleanliness, and my room was very clean.

I felt safe and secure during my stay. Helpful desk staff and housekeeping.

Location was close to arena No place to hang up clothes, can hear through walls. I will pay the extra 20 bucks to stay at a nicer place next time

Bed was comfortable enough, and amenities inside were all right. The bathroom area wasn't clean enough. The window sill had dirt left on it, and flies were left by the window without being picked up. The bathroom also felt cramped and confined without much room to maneuver where one bumped against an object like the wall or other things. The closet could have had more space where one could hang things as well as a cot in which to place baggage or clothes.

There was some crusty glaze on the bed. There was a dead fly in the bathroom. They said it would be a $100 hold, and it is $116 (that is still haven't gotten back). Then I asked if I could park there for 8 hours while I go to my meeting after checkout, they said "Yes, for 25$" and they charged me $125, that I still haven't gotten refunded because the guy barely speaks English and doesn't understand what was wrong. (Or pretended not to understand)

Room was clean, staff accommodating and convenient to our event.

No breakfast offered Bed was hard , bug found under bed sheets, loud being right next to main street

Limited parking, rooms were clean, near arena and local shopping the management was pleasant and helpful.

For the price best you’ll find in this area! Very clean with nice staff

The pictures look much nicer than reality. The TV and bed seemed relatively new, everything else was in bad disrepair. There was an old RV parked in the lot all night too. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

Vintage café excellent breakfast, 3 min drive

The poor service was evident from the moment we arrived to complete the check-in process. Additionally, the extra charges were not disclosed at the time the reservation was made, which we consider a lack of transparency. Due to these circumstances, we felt compelled to cancel our stay and not proceed with the accommodation. This experience was both disappointing and inconvenient. We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed to ensure greater clarity and professionalism for future guests.

It's just a very old and somewhat rundown motel, also that intersection was so loud so it was hard to get a good nights sleep

Also, the motel is quite outdated, but that was expected for this price.
