It wasn’t what we expected

The worst Red Lion I have ever been to. Breakfast was very bad. No cups for coffee. Had to ask for milk. Poor options.

I would say the staff was not unfriendly, but they were not friendly either. The place had a funny smell when you walked in smelled unpleasant also in the elevator. Kind of an old smell. In the room, there was no comforters, and the room was very cold in the sense that not even frames on the walls to make it feel welcome. There was no air blow dryer. Overall, it was just a place to stay. The Furniture was dated.

The check-in went well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The building needed refreshing. The appearance was poor, The floor in the room was not clean. It was sticky enough that my shoes would stick with every step. When I wiped up some water near the bed, the napkin Iused turned almost black.

It's quiet people are kind and helpful.For being in everett its safe no worries about vehicicle in parking lot.Very clean facility.Im very impressed.I would recommend this place to anyine.Family friendly pet friendly and all and all safe place to stay.

And the vanity in the bathroom was just plywood. TV was not working we even got the guy from front desk. Someone had stolen the TV remote. I thought the Red Lion was a quality hotel, but I knew as soon as I stepped into the lobby. I got the impression it use to be a motel 6 converted. Will not go back there again.

The room was dirty and it wasn’t clean, the bathroom was disgusting. The hallways smelt really bad. I paid $100 deposit on top of the rate. Prices weren’t consistent

Staff ignored the request such as to get us a fridge took till my 3rd day there to get a fridge and then fridge didn't even work properly and they act careless from the start. Worst redlion

Do not waste your money. This is a safety hazard. Allergy expo, TVs didnt match the remotes. Staff was shady. The TV didnt work in the rm i reserved 309 so I got a switch 313 same thing. The staff member just said call Expedia for a refund. I just bought a train out of state.

My biggest complaint was there was no extra lock on the door. As a female traveling solo it is something I have come to expect. But over all it was a good experience, i would consider staying again.

It was cheap The sink and tub drained slowly and nothing was done about it. They did not bring clean towels or dump the garbage.

The facilities were clean and sufficient. Breakfast was advertised on their website but was not available.

Not all that friendly. Very noisy, not secure door.

Do not stay here unless it's a one nighter. Not a good experience. Doors don't lock. Had to move rooms and the door keys don't work on the doors that do lock. No breakfast during the stay and did not come to the room to clean and freshen towels. Found items under the bed from previous guests and window was broken. For how much they charge per night you might as well stay at a nicer hotel. Save your money and spend the extra 10 bucks for the Holliday Inn.

No breakfast, no TV for week, no wifi, clogged shower, no laundry service, no daily room care, room card broke three times, and bad coffee. Other than all that it was worth all that money :|

No TV's working anywhere. Slow internet. Card read needed slow reset, slow check in. No microwave or breakfast. Good bed.
