No Internet. We couldn't stay.

It wan alright stay. It was a bed and a roof. Other tenants were...loud. there were a few long dark hairs around the room...kinda gross. The breakfast is...the absolute basic you get in order to be considered a 3 star hotel. And not the greatest part of town. But there were some fun restaurants to visit.

There was garbage on the ground around the building both days I was there and it was the same trash which led me to believe that they don't clean up around there property. But, the staff has time to be on there phones doing things other than work. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for coffee one of the mornings cause they had to brew more. Apparently, they only have one carafe to make regular coffee in. The free breakfast doesn't offer much and overall, I was disappointed because I expected a nicer place since it's a Red Lion.

Staff seemed preoccupied and not very friendly or attentive to the needs of the folks checking in.

I didn't use the business facility or the Internet. But the room was clean, bed was comfortable and the ac/heat worked well. The only thing that disappointed me was that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. We stay at hotels frequently and they rarely don't have a hair dryer so I don't bring one with us.

The price and beds made the stay worth it. Also very quiet at night. The breakfast shouldn’t be advertised as the options were really rough, the kitchen room is a graveyard of broken appliances and the room had an odd smell,

At least the room looked like it has been cleaned in

The floor in the room was sticky. Dirty towels. Tv didn't work. old smelly carpet. burn hole in sheet. Ironing board with no cover, but NO iron. The breakfast advertised was a joke. dry cereal and god knows how old the milk was. Twinkies and chocolate cupcakes. old bread for toast. Small bottles of sunny D juice and boxed apple juice. Staff was NOT helpful. When they were at front desk, they were on their cell phones. Door to room was difficult to open and had to get help. Will NEVER stay there again.

upon checking in the front desk overnight clerk was passive aggressive.. using his middle finger while pointing where to initial.. $100 is required even if you pay in full upfront and nowhere did it state the was required. not an issue but state it on the room info. our room was the worse.. door sticking lock not working properly, doors open out..lol this one was in and jerk twist and push hard....stay away from room 303...lol no refridgerator even though we let them know childrens age when booking.. tv not working. on a postive note other clerks were better.

Worst parts- smelled of weed and cigarettes no matter where you were in the hotel. And the breakfast was TERRIBLE- their "continental breakfast" consisted of old loaves of bread, Twinkies, HoHos, stale cereal, breakfast sandwiches you had to warm up in a broken microwave, yogurts, chocolate chip granola bars from Costco, Sunny D's, and communal milk that I have no idea how long it was sitting out. No coffee, juice, water, butter, etc. in the breakfast room nor was anyone attending it. This was nothing like what is advertised on the pictures and one of the main reasons we chose this location being a family of 5. Honestly, if I could ask for a refund, I would. I will not be staying again and recommend paying the extra $20/night to stay elsewhere.

The room was also a safety concern because the entry door would not even latch properly, and the deadbolt did not work. Anyone could have pushed the door open. Despite reporting this, it still wasn't repaired the next day. When I asked for clean towels the following day, the front desk told me they had no clean towels available until tomorrow. They even laughed while telling me. While standing at the front desk, I also noticed a paper listing multiple room numbers with notes such as "room smells bad," which made it clear our room wasn't an isolated issue. This experience showed a lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and little concern for guest safety or customer service. A hotel should provide a clean, secure room and basic necessities like towels. Unfortunately, this stay failed on all three. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to other travelers.

Check in host was rude and unqualified. Tried to charge me twice for deposit. Room had dirt on the walls, floor had crumbs and was sticky, shower was disgusting, and a bed broken as soon as one member of our group sat down on it. Did not feel safe and were disgusted. Checked out within 20 minutes.

The TV did not work and desk person said they would come up, but never did. There was no way to call the desk cuz there was nowhere to plug in the phone. The bathroom smelled like BO. I had to buy some Febreeze just to tolerate it. The screen on the window had a square hole cut into it. The breakfast was better than nothing, but not much. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets were stained. All in all, I probably would not recommend this place.

While the room was clean there was no coffee pot, no cups for water and only one garbage can in the bathroom. Their Continental breakfast consisted of granola bars, a hostess cupcake and little boxes of cereal. They did not keep their coffee full. The room I stayed in was extremely loud with what sounded like gushing water/flushing toilets. When I checked in on Friday, I didn't realize that the person at the front desk never returned to my driver's license. I didn't realize my license was missing until Saturday. I called the hotel, asked if they had it. They told me no. I was staying Saturday night so when I got back to the hotel I went to the front desk and asked the gentleman there if he had my driver's license. He opened up beside drawer and pulled out about 20 driver's licenses in which mine was in the bottom of the stack. I found this to be very very odd. I did notify the Everett Police department about this behavior.

Floors were dirty. Tub was not cleaned well. Wall had something on it. Chair filthy covered it with a blanket. We asked if housekeeping was available they said not till morning. Thank goodness I carried a small bottle of cleaner so we cleaned the room ourselves. Door lock stopped working they had to come and change the batteries. TV Remote did not work they gave us 3 and none worked. So no TV the whole 3 night stay. No housekeeping. We emptied our trash every evening ourselves and got towels from the front desk. Coffee pot in lobby was empty half the time. No coffee maker or microwave in room. Will not stay here again. Got home and got my credit card statement and they did not refund me the $100 deposit. Called hotel and was told yes they billed it to us and it was over 15 days and they could do anything about it. Terrible customer service.
