size of the room and appliances staff was rude. Had to check out for early flight, asked for a bag - breakfast, it was totally refused. Bathtub was dirty and chipped, did not even inviting to stand in for shower. The neighborhood felt unsafe.

It was 100% perfect. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was super clean without the medicinal smell of most industry cleaning supplies. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable.

The room and facility was very clean, professional and quiet. The staff was courteous, informative and friendly. Glad you had a shuttle to the airport. Only item if at all to improve/change would be to have the continental breakfast or a warm breakfast included in the price.

This hotel served our needs perfectly. It was clean, safe, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing of note was that the water in the shower drained slowly so we were showering in about an inch and a half of water.

The Aspen was a great place to stay. We booked it for an overnight with our son, who was traveling with his football team. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate everyone. They were kind and courteous. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It’s close to several grocery stores, quick food and the airport. We will definitely stay here again.

From Fairbanks. Stayed here once. There are much better options. Rude staff. Continental breakfast has an extra charge for it?? Our door lock was broken, making it hard to get in the room. There are nicer areas of town to stay in.

Was nice and clean Everything was perfect

You want me to submit a review. I travel for work. Tourist suck up the housing resources during peak season. Why would I give a good review? It would just make it harder for me to get a room. More demand equals higher prices.

While booking it says breakfast free but no you have to pay for breakfast and the coffee station they have was so disgusting coffee and they removed the coffee pits @10am like not a whole day thing.Reception was so rude
