Very helpful staff, clean room, a bit small but only there to sleep anyway…thank you for assisting with last minute issues and making checking in so easy.

Older hotel but clean. Small room but was adequate for overnight stay.

Nothing Nothing like the pictures, old, small and expensive for what it is, we cancelled our next 3 night booking there.

Not much. Dirty place. Bad location, no elevator, staff lady at the time did not speak very good English and was not pleasant. This was probably the worst Bookings.com stay I have been in. Floors dirty, rooms did not look anything like photos. Place needed a good coat of paint. There were no elevators. We use canes to walk. Advised to put us on first floor or we had to leave. No hot water for 12 minutes waiting in shower. Did not feel safe at all! Bums sleeping at corner and back door left unlatched. We closed and locked door and went and told staff about door not shutting and locking. Went back 15 minutes later and door again was left open. Huge security issue. Not worth the cheap price.

The room was small but in very good condition and clean. Staff was outstanding. Having the airport shuttle was wonderfully convenient. Also loved having breakfast on site.

This is a smaller hotel/motel. It is clean, cozy and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. We had difficulty getting the TV remote to work and maintenance came immediately and replaced it. Good continental breakfast with lots of choices. All the staff we dealt with were excellent. Their shuttle from the airport was quite efficient. Thanks!

Room look simple, free shuttle to airport, decent room and pretty clean

Very dated property that needs to be renovated and cleaned up, rooms are tiny-basically a bed and bathroom but clean, planes fly very low over motel to land at nearby airport, and if the shuttle driver is out - no breakfast because the office is locked up. Wifi password is john3-16 - give me a break.

The staff were helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Their shuttle service was extremely helpful!

The price was reasonable for Fairbanks and welcome was good. We requested a room downstairs and they were happy to provide it. This room is very, very small. The floors seemed raised and not quite flat. It does have a full bath. Not much room available to open our suitcases.
