This was such a great place to land when we flew into Fairbanks. It’s a beautiful spot with the perfect amount of kitch. Dinner on the deck of the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast was great.

This is a great place to stay in Fairbanks! Plenty to do and see, whether you are an adult or child. The staff is fantastic ! Helped us settle in and had great suggestions on things to do. The shuttle took us to and picked us up from the museum we visited, which was excellent customer service !!! Great stay all the way around !

This was my second visit, last time while motorcycling 11,000 miles in 2023, this time after canoeing 800 miles of the Yukon in 2026. It's a fabulous place to rest and recharge, and also a great jumping off point for a visit to the amazing Chena Hot Springs not far away. It's the only place I'll stay in Fairbanks.

Enjoyed this atmosphere. Stayed during a very busy time and everyone was doing a good job of managing all the people.

Staff was cordial but if that is the friendliest hotel in Fairbanks the others are in trouble

The poor breakfast staff are military commanded by an unprofessional older female employee, who does not choose or know how to respect her breakfast staff, but orders them around like children. The staff are mature-minded responsible adults, and should be respected. All employees have employment rights, including the right to work within professional conditions involving instructions from professional, (and not unprofessional) senior staff. This is not a friendly hotel. Check-in staff are rude, the senior breakfast staff manager is unprofessional, and the hotel overall is hiring university students to perform their duties in a hurried and rushed way. All employees deserve to be respected. The Best Western Fairbanks or Hampton Inn Fairbanks would be a better option.

Loved Pike's! Everything was super clean. It's not over the top fancy - think cute and done well. The room was comfortable and extremely well maintained. Breakfast was a nice buffet with the standard offerings. We would come back!

The airport shuttle did not arrive until an hour after my fiancé first requested it, despite calling the front desk five times at roughly 10-minute intervals. When finally asked the driver what had happened, he told that he had only received a single request for the pick up. Waiting for an hour while repeatedly being assured that the shuttle was on its way was extremely frustrating. I'm not sure whether this experience reflected poor customer service or whether my fiancé was treated differently for another reason, but it left a very negative impression.

Staying there was like being on a holiday. I will go out of my way to stay there again!

Minimal wait for the airport shuttle, then only a 5 minute drive. Check-in took some time because there were a bunch of cruisers checking in for the night. Ordered pizza delivery from nearby Sicilys (open late) and it was really good. While we waited for the order we walked the property, which is incredible! Pretty views, lots of funky artsy touches throughout, big fire pits, and a big reindeer pen which was super cool and unexpected! We rented one of the individual log cabins (the Aurora) and it was perfect - just the right size for two, nice a/c which we needed during the hot spell passing through, and a very Alaska feel. If we ever do Denali again we will definitely start with a night at Pike's!

Quirky decor but well maintained. Clean and comfortable.

All or most of attractions didn't open until 10

Location was good, but the cost was a bit extreme. Yup, tourist season, but it always feels a bit above what would be necessary.
-
Staff was helpful. Laundry room was clean. Room was very nice. Breakfast was good.
-
Great options available while waiting for room to become available. Enjoyed shooting pool on the small pool table and also visiting the reindeer. Shuttle service was great from the airport to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

An interesting place to stay while in Fairbanks. Only stayed 1 night before an early flight. I was disappointed the steam room was closed for maintenance and the Aurora experience was not open and there was not a sign posted for open hours. Cool property, great artwork. Quirky, more interesting than your standard hotel!
