Easy and safe parking. Horrible house wifi. Unusable. But good cell coverage. Great location near airport, but rooms still quiet. Great grounds with diverse seating. Well stocked bar.

We very much enjoyed our 1N stay at Pikes & look forward to returning soon. The rooms are small, but that seems to be the norm in Alaska. Breakfast was good, and there are several places to enjoy during free time. The nostalgic was fun to see.

Breakfast was sooo yummy and the surroundings are beautiful! The room was also very clean and the staff were so nice! I would definitely stay here again.

This place is great! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Has the Lodge atmosphere going on. Coffee was great and breakfast was too. They have a variety of options for different tastes.

I was impressed by the warmness of the staff, the attention to detail paid to the activities and the state of the property. The spot on the river is ideal!

Loved the location, staff, unique decor and the reindeer farm and the restaurant.

Expedia changed the dates of our stay on us and they were kind enough to let us switch to the day before without any fees even though the purchase was unrefundable. They also used their shuttle to get us to another hotel.
