Location was fine. Easy walk to town. Breakfast was average and I would not pay for what they offered

The desk staff was polite, professional, and helpful. The restaurant was enjoyable. When we first got into the room, there was excrement on the back of the toilet seat. We chose to clean it ourselves rather than report it and risk retaliation. Though parking was convenient, I take issue with hotels, like this one, who have their own, dedicated parking lot, and still choose to charge guests for parking.

Hotel was adequate. Staff was kind. Bathrooms in rooms are rundown. Location is convenient. Nice to have the restaurant there.

No complimentary coffee in the morning. The cleaning staff were wonderful, but very loud very early in the morning. Our breakfast order came out wrong and there was no offer of resolution.

Room was not updated. Felt the size of a closet, no room to walk around the king bed. Room smelt awful, carpet was very dirty. Coffee shop was a plus but the guy running it didn’t know what a breve was and stayed on his call while I made my order and while he made the coffee and at check out. Won’t stay here again.

Location We have not cone across any room cleaning instances. Another room left a glass outside which stayed in the corridor 4 full days. Noone picked that up.

I asked another staff when the restaurant closed and was told, “I don’t know. I think 10. Or, the bar might be 11???” Uh. Ok… I don’t know, you do. Right? They continued on their way. Hallway to the room was dirty and damaged. Disrepair. The breakfast area was nice, but “all” the food was tepid. From the eggs to biscuits and gravy. Nothing was hot, it wasn’t good. Lastly, a huge yellow stain on the blanket! 🤮 Avoid. 1 star. ⭐️
