Worst bed ever. Room was old, definetly needs to be updated.

Clean and friendly

When 1st checked in went to the room, door was open, room not vacuumed, sink dirty and bed sheets inside out and lumpy looking. Went back down to desk asked for a clean room and was moved 1 floor higher (same rm#). Although bed was made properly it was missing the top (flat) sheet and floor wasnt vacuumed well, a few pieces of rice on the bench next to desk and cleaner film still on shower/bath fixtures. (This was in the older tower) found out from the front desk clerk while chatting outside later that they had several rooms open that night, so a little confused why they didn't just put us in the newer tower especially since we are Hilton Honors & owners also. Staff in bar/grill and giftshop were great. Coffee not good but at least there was some unlike our last time there in late April.

Plumbing issues with the bathroom and the heater did not work.
-
But very poorly lit and washroom door was inconvenient when going to tub or toilet as well there no supplies like coffee or sugar replaced in the following days

Otherwise a very nice hotel. Good sized room. Breakfast buffet was very good. 2 restaurants for dinner.

It was nice not over the top but nice

When we arrived in our room in the late evening, there was water on the carpet near the window and the room was not very clean. We complained to the front desk the next day and asked for a different room for our second night there before the land portion of our cruise. We were told the hotel was at full capacity, so they didn't have a different room for us. Very disappointed.

Great experience overall. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

I like how convenient this property is to downtown Fairbanks.

Second time staying here but first time for personal travel. Located in downtown Fairbanks (might be the tallest building in the city). Conveniently located and parking has never been an issue. Check-in took awhile - we probably waited 10 minutes. There was multiple people with complaints and cruise ship tour coordinating in front of us. Didn't seem like they had enough help especially when large groups are likely predictable. The room was as advertised - comfortable king size bed. The air conditioning was not cool at all - I slept on top of the bedding most of the night. The restaurant downstairs was nice and our server was very attentive. My first visit for business certainly was better but I won't write this place off for future Fairbanks travel. 4 stars seems appropriate.

Really quiet, nice stay. Staff was so very engaging and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat...my new go-to in Fairbanks

Bathtub was dirty and the privacy curtains were ripped.
-
The staff was helpful, and the breakfast spread was excellent. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. We were very impressed. My daughter slept on the pull out bed and was comfortable. Nice place.

Clean room
-
Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.
-
Very uncourteous reception, air conditioning needed to be fixed every day, there was dust layer on table lamp surface indicating poor housekeeping. Dont be fooled by the Hilton name tag.

I’ll start by saying the staff is very friendly and offered to fix our issues, but the promises were not fulfilled. The room was dirty! Carpets were not vacuumed and bathtub not cleaned. There was a 6” long hairball hanging on the tiled wall. This is not acceptable for a room costing $300 per night. On our second night we were assured by multiple staff we’d get a quick clean with new towels and coffee. This never happened, so I had to go get them myself at the front desk. I expected a much better quality room and service from this hotel based on the amount we paid. This was a disappointment.
