Very comfortable beds. Shade did not work and had holes in them. Not pleasant in Alaska. The bathroom counter was very small and not much water pressure

Alex at check-in was amazing. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The TV connection worked sporadically, but we were too tired to ask about it. There was a dripping sound in the wall that was very loud.

The staff was helpful. We booked the hotel room 8 months ago and they changed their shuttle service policy, eliminating the shuttle service to/from the airport and train station but they honored what we purchased and covered the service. They were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean as was the room.

This hotel was perfect for our family trip! It was conveniently located & had shuttle service from the airport. The hotel was clean, well kept, had everything we needed for our family! The free afternoon hot chocolate was so fun for the kids. The hotel & amenities were great, but what made this stay the best were the staff members. We stayed five nights & by the end we felt like family! The front desk staff were helpful with recommendations & even stories of Alaska that my kids LOVED! The shuttle driver gave us tips for places to see the northern lights & even pointed them out to us when she saw them. The breakfast staff were always helpful with my kids finding what they needed! It was so great, we want to come back again to this hotel.

Right across the street from the Skytrain so very convenient. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything, including helping us arrange transportation to the airport with a discount. No complaints

The room size and location were good. The room was either stuffy or cold though. You could not get the temperature controlled. The bar was closed the entire time we were there as well.
