The internet in the room also did not work. My stay was short, but the facilities were dated and the blackout curtains did not close all the way. Night staff was excellent, am people kept me waiting to check out .

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious in the restaurant. It was great that they provided a shuttle to the airport. Enjoyed the Wildlife Sanctuary that was a short walk from the Hotel.

It was a family trip. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was warm and the air conditioner was loud. It made it hard to sleep. There was no window that opened to let in fresh air. I left at 2:30 am.

Restaurant closed early, fire alarm went off in the middle of the night in my room only and tv was very difficult to operate…..had to get technician to fix the tv.

Airport shuttle convenient, room clean and spacious.

However, terribly rude receptionist & especially the reception manager who forgot that she is working in hospitality industry, instead was acting as a proud owner of the property who doesn't care about the customers.
