An upgrade is needed for the room. I felt as if I had teleported to the 1970s. The entire building probably needs to be exterminated . Where there are roaches visible, there's an entire nest that's not. I would grade it a strong D.

We had our flight canceled and ha limited options. We checked into this room and found out our room and at least one other room had bed bugs. We choose to sleep in the terminal instead.

The A/C works! After you see and smell the place you will be as surprised as I was.

Reason to NOT stay at this location Bathroom sink barely attached to the wall. TV and internet was hardly working with no consistency and they want you to PAY for a better connection. Finding your room is impossible b/c the glare from the lights outside prevent you from seeing the numbers. They don’t have a paper map to give you at check-in which would be helpful. My family stayed in this location when it first opened and it was great. It is a real disappointment to see how bad and neglected it has become.

Avoid this location. The bathroom was dirty, the blankets are thin and scratchy, and you will find every single insect imaginable swarming this place.

The rooms are not as clean as they need to be.They need better cleaning service

The property was a bit worn on the outside. The rooms were clean It was stocked well with enough towels for our stay so we did not have to ask for additional ones. Both Checking in and Checking out staff were friendly and helpful.

Conditions were unlivable even for a night. Didn’t stay longer than an hour. Was asked for a refund and was told we were out of luck. Everything.

Had to deal with insects and leaking water and fruit flies, but staff was pleasant and efficient

There were roaches everywhere.

Affordable price. One night only — so my experience was too limited to fully evaluate the hotel. I chose to stay here because I wanted to stop by Guitar Center at Fairfax Corner on my way to Charlottesville, VA, after flying into Dulles from McAllen, TX in the evening. Compared to other hotels near Guitar Center, this one was slightly more affordable at the time. Note that entrances are accessible only by turning right from both Monument Drive and Fair Lakes Parkway.

Amazing property and staff my go to spot when I visit Fairfax va

Observed dead insects (roaches) on room 265 behind kitchen drawer. Several surfaces had accumulation of debris and dust under fridges on rooms 252, 263, 265. Additionally, stove burners from rooms 208 and 252 presented accumulation of material that needs to be cleaned. Observation: Presence of mice, rats, reptiles, insects or other vectors in the establishment. Observed dead bedbug on room 171 next to the bed headboard. Evidence of roach activity (dead and alive) on room 265. Specifically, activity was noticed behind kitchen drawer and pullout bed. Evidence of mice droppings on pullout bed from room 263. These are public information by the county.
