I loved everything except none of the channels were working but didn’t need the tv much so not upset about it

We were on the fourth floor and there was very little pressure in the shower. We really had to work to get a good shower. Also the Wi-Fi band which was in adequate in the room.

We loved how spacious the room was and it was in a perfect location near all the places we wanted to visit. Not only was it clean and well maintained but it was an aaffordable price in a very expensive county!

Great hotel. Have my usual "complaints", get seat height toilets and shower curtains that actually repel/hold in water.

Staff are very helpful and cooperative Need to do little things such as elevator ground maintenance and renewing the corridors and rooms carpet.

Location done Had Nova Breakfast which was very good. Waitress was excellent and friendly. Think her name was Aliba? Thought bar prices somewhat inflated

Then we noticed the blankets that look dirty but honestly looked like they just been washed over and over again but def didn’t like seeing what the blankets truly look like in the light. Went to downstairs to warm up food and nothing but ants all by the microwave, which it made me not want my food anymore. Overall me and my girlfriend made the best of it . We was there for “broccoli fest concert”. Would give this a 2/5 though.

It was very easy to find and a very nice neighborhood, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean

There were gnats everywhere. I had to switch rooms because there were bugs flying around and crawling on the walls. I continued seeing gnats in the elevators, hallways, and even around the bar area. There were also ants all over the area where the microwave is located. Having only one microwave for the entire property was already inconvenient, and the bug issue made it even worse. To make matters worse, on my last night, the AC in my room stopped working. I repeatedly called the front desk, but either no one answered or I was placed on hold. Someone finally came to address the issue around 10 AM the next morning. I also asked to speak with management at checkout, but management was not available. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and customer service did not meet the expectations set by the reviews I had read. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the pest and maintenance issues, because guests should not have to deal with these conditions.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and ample free parking. Shower could have better water pressure.
