1) the sink area in the room should have a door so that the light and sound can be muffled. I am an early riser, my family is not. Me being up to wash my face, brush my teeth, get ready to go have my coffee totally woke everyone up because of the light and just me getting ready for the day. 2) the toilet lever did not work without me holding it down for the flush cycle. For a property like this, maintenance should be a given. 3) the breakfast. I did not read closely enough, but there should at least be a sign outside the entrance to “remind you” that breakfast is like $25/person. The breakfast was the same breakfast I could get “complimentary” at a lesser hotel chain. I definitely would not have paid $25 per person. Other than that, it was a great property. Nova Restaurant - the food was great.

This was one of the nicest area hotels that I have stayed in. My room was great! Clean and spacious. The lobby area was also great and everyone was welcoming.

Clean and comfortable

Nice hotel with great late night bar in lobby. Very helpful staff. They found my expensive water bottle and left it for me. Great location for conference.

Staff was very friendly and attentive our entire stay. We checked in and our air conditioning in the room was not working. Maintenance was sent and worked to get it fixed. The room was clean and spacious and we loved the comfortable beds! Location was perfect with many shops and restaurants nearby. Only two complaints…on-line listing shows a pool and hot tub…they do not have either:( My kids were disappointed as this is one of the reasons we initially booked. Second, it’s a big property and the elevators are very slow so give yourself time if you have to be somewhere in a hurry or take the stairs.

Hiltons hotel not my favorite ones, but this location we liked a lot. Big, nice, quit, great location, delisious breakfast with very big verity.

Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

No microwave in the room and elevators are very slow. Doesn’t give a very polished look overall but I guess good for the price of my one night stay.

The staff was delightful and our room was perfection. Everything was clean and well prepared.

The elevators were so bad that they had signs up to use the service elevator if they took too long. If you actually got on an elevator, you prayed you wouldn’t get stuck!

Make it clear that there is a fee for the breakfast buffet.

The windowsill and drapes were very dusty and impossible for to get rid of the dust . I tried to clean the windowsill with disinfecting wipes but the dust kept falling off the drapes.
