Perfect hotel

Great room

Don't get a room that is west facing during a heatwave. AC can't keep up and they won't move you to another room.

Clean and big room

NO housekeeping and when questioned, they said they only provide housekeeping every 5jnights! TV did not work. Safe did not work. AC barely worked. There was no one at the front desk for check-in. I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up. Not one employee cared about problems.

In the morning I wanted to take a warm shower, water temperature was extremely cold no matter how long I tried to wait. Staff is great, it’s just sad hotel is not being maintained and needs desperately upgrades.

Everything was great. Price, cleanliness, staff. I would definitely return! The beds were comfortable and I liked the shower. I also liked how the TV rotated. And the room had a mini fridge which was very helpful. There's wasn't much of a view from our room. That is all. Nothing else to say negatively really!

Front desk staff was delightful, property was busy but I still was noticed and cared for well. Room was clean and quiet, easy access in and out and bar staff was friendly. Parking was a breeze as well. I will be back.

Easy check in. Great location We thought we were getting two queen beds but one was a pullout BUT that pullout was very comfortable compared to other beds we’ve stayed in so it worked out great

Only issue: the handheld shower head was broken

This Hilton Fairfax location is in the Fair Lakes area of Fairfax County, VA. It’s quietly located amongst corporate offices, but is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and retail shopping options. The hotel is definitely a top tier accommodation, very clean, comfortable, and high-end amenities. Employees were very professional, courteous, and customer service centric. Great place for a short or longer stay. Highly recommend this Hilton Fairfax for the value!

Everything was superb.Staff makes you feel like royalty. Breakfast in the restaurant is excellent. Prefer the menu over the buffet. Waiter Gustavo remembered my family from a year ago and every professional, friendly,attentive. Front desk is great. Requested a microwave for the room and it was there by the time I went up. Nothing.

Wish there was a fan in the shower-yet this hotel is perfectly situated for our family functions-and we enjoy staying there. The breakfast is expensive-but we’re usually not hungry for breakfast-our family is famous for the fantastic food! The pool and exercise room are clean and convenient!

Love the location of the property. The room was decent. Did not like the small toilet/shower combo. The shower could use a deep cleaning. The elevator was super slow.
