Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Muy bella la propiedad. El olor a humedad de los cuartos 339 y 341 era fuerte. Tengo que decir que me sorprendio que aunque pague mi reserva con anticipacion y entiendo que se debe pasar la tarjeta de credito por si hay algun daño, no entiendo porque nos cobraron nuevamente las habitaciones y ademas han pasado 10 dias sin. Hacer la devolucion del dinero si no hubo ninguna alteracion de los cuartos. Nunca nos habia pasado esto. jamas me habian descontado dos veces por unas habitaciones. Es una falta de respeto.

Good to stay and comfortable

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you are going to be visiting the surrounding area. Traffic into DC can be heavy, but that's got nothing to do with the hotel itself. Overall, it's a really quiet, clean, safe place to stay. The staff was really nice and professional.

What's on the 6th floor and the air conditioning?\nWas okay, i set the thermostat at 60 and passed. Minor brought the room down to 78. How to use our fans that we carry with us just to keep us fairly comfortable. On the first day found a ice maker on the sixth floor did not work. But other than that, the stay was okay. There was nothing to write home about.

Food available for the "breakfast" was ridiculous for the high price. Should be included in room rate.

There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling, dripping directly down onto the toilet. So when you had to use the toilet you’d get droplets on your head and shoulders. Plus the hot water tap for the sink didn’t work. Usually Marriot is on top of this stuff. When I reported the incident, I had to repeat myself multiple times to the customer service representative. She had a hard time even locating my record. They eventually offered me 5,000 Bonboy points for the experience. I wasn’t seeking anything in reporting the problems, but I was also kinda like “come-on” with points, considering a stay is like 30,000. That’s like offering a bottle of water.

We stayed here because we had an event to attend at this location. The mall being close by was the biggest plus. The room was fine but the front desk didn’t answer the phone 3 out of 4 times. The time they did pick up, we requested towels which were never delivered. We went down to the desk to ask for an iron and ironing stand, we had to remind them four times and finally an ironing stand was left in our room while we were away but no iron! (They had a steamer in the room but it was not effective). In other hotels we have stayed at, housekeeping at least empties the trash and picks up used towels left on the floor, that was not the case here. The wifi was problematic as well so ended up having to use data roaming. Overall, it was not a great experience. Will not stay here again.

Exceptional

It was a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful. We didn't take advantage of the amenities as we had other plans. Excellent location to restaurants and the Fair Oaks shopping mall.

Good location, close to shopping Center and restaurants, not too far from IAD airport My room had only window to the internal hotel hall, not to the street side
