SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fairfax Fair Oaks

Very good

Location was great and bedding was great There was some stains in the carpet

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean hotel and rooms, quiet, beds were comfortable & breakfast was yummy, parking in and out was easy.

Exceptional

The room was spacious and the hotel was close to lots of restaurants.

The room was comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to our venue as well as shopping. The elevator was slow. I really did not like that the doors would close and it took some time to start moving. Eventually, I decided to take the stairs. I know other patrons noticed it as well because they commented about it.

Huge rooms, good air conditioner in the rooms, free breakfast. There was a bit of a smell in the room, but nothing terrible.

thanks to the guy at...

We stayed 2 nights for the Monsta X concert & were pleased with the room, breakfast & cleanliness of the hotel. Onsite parking was nice & there was a mall near by that we enjoyed as well.

.

The front counter clerk was awesome for recommending great places to eat. We chose this location for the closeness to our reason for the trip. So much to do around the area. Our room was spacio Recommend!us. Plenty for 3 people.

Housekeeping personnel was very nice My room reeked of smoke. I have stayed at many hotels and I have never been in a room that smelled so bad of stale cigarette smoke. I asked to be moved and was told there were no other rooms available. Housekeeping did come up to spray air freshener when I asked for this service. The relief was temporary. I had to sleep with a towel around my head to stop breathing in the smell of smoke. My throat was hurting and my nose burned.

Location, rooms size were satisfying I was disappointed that the room did not provide basic amenities such as slippers and a bathrobe. I was also surprised that the hotel used disposable plates and plastic glasses instead of proper plates and glassware. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better level of service and attention to detail.

My Company stayed there and they were all very unhappy. They said the room smelled they were dirty. One of my employees said she slept with a long sleeve shirt and jeans on. They also said they bought bleach and gloves and it had a really weird smell. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the printer was down. We will definitely not be staying there again and we come to town every week.

It was clean, very convenient to our needs in Fairfax and a great breakfast. Great location

Very tasty breakfast

Friendly staff and clean The beds weren't queen sized beds

Friendly staff, clean and easy access to DC, Arlington, VA and surrounding area

Room was clean and comfy. Staff was great. Breakfast was awesome! Paying for parking and hubby did not like the puffy pillows.

Good
