My room was very clean . I did have to search for a cup to get ice but it was a very good stay. Breakfast was great friendly staff as well.

We stayed 4 nights and we're completely satisfied with the hotel. The lobby was always stocked with coffee and hot tea. It was a clean common area to play board games and eat takeout. Hotel staff very friendly, Beds comfortable, rooms clean and spacious. Hotel location appears to be safe and clean. Parking garage easy in and out. Very nice complimentary breakfast that staff worked very hard to keep stocked. We would definitely stay again.

The pool was not open although it said the pool was supposed to open on June 30th. You should not advertise having a pool if you know it won't be open. The pool is one of the reasons we chose this hotel so the sign was very upsetting upon our check in. We also reserved for two rooms with both of them having two beds, I also requested joining rooms. They were unable to accommodate our request for the joining rooms which has never happened before when I reserved rooms. We got our keys and went to our rooms and each room only had one bed, that is not what we reserved. The lady at the counter was very unhelpful and very nonchalant about the whole situation then she finally got a manager. The manager was nice even though they still could not accommodate our request for two beds in the room nor adjoining rooms. He ended up giving us another room. My family and I we're all split up I was traveling with my husband and our three kids. The manager said he did the best he could so I thanked him but this whole thing was inconveniencing.

Pool was not operating and it was not indicated when we booked the room. We were given a handicap room. The shower was hand held only. The first time it was turned on, water went EVERYWHERE.

Unfortunately, not enough towels in bathroom for all guests. Also, not all linens and pillow were available for the pull out sofa.

We thought pool was going to be open but it wasn’t, breakfast was good. We’re charged for parking and we didn’t have a car there.

We were happy with the cleanliness. Staff seemed attentive I would have liked to have known the pool was out of order before arriving . The place good use some updating . I hoped the bed would be more comfortable

Clean rooms. Breakfast was terrible. Stayed on my way to and from vacation. Price on my way back was double for the same room. Ridiculous

Very good variety. More stations for the waffles. Scrambled eggs were salty.
