I see some cockroaches. Were dark and damp. curtains were torn. sofa were not cleaned properly. still dust on those.

The room was clean and neat. The staff were professional, helpful, and kind. There is a gift shop and atm inside of the hotel lobby. The lobby was clean. The property outside needs a little more care when compared to other hotels. For example, the landscaping near the door was not kept well. It just seems the hotel looks older.

There is a barber shop and Thai restaurant attached to the hotel. Extremely convenient. Barber shop was top notch.

Overall a good budget room. Carpet was ready to be replaced or deep cleaned.

The room was clean and the breakfast room had a good variety of offerings. The staff was pleasant as well.

Great value surrounded by much more expensive options. Shower was not flow-restricted to a trickle; much appreciated.

Location and rate Closest ice machine broken, had to go to the fourth floor. Could not use the rolling carts for my room, multiple trips to the car and back.

Was booked room with jacuzzi inside when i check in no room available then down grade no refund. Elevator not work. Wifi very very slow

Waited over 10 minutes for an elevator to the 6th floor. Had to send the elevator to my wife while I walked down to the lobby beforehand. Rooms were very outdated jacuzzi was basic but took over 30 minutes to get it ready. Bed was sleep able but not comfortable. Not sure it was worth the increased price for the private feature.

The Hotel was too noisey and Not so clean

Not the best hotel. Our room was very musty and by the looks of it people live in the hotel. It was not very quiet

Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is centrally located with ample parking on site. Breakfast was adequate.

Hotel was misrepresented in the pictures listed on Expedia. In reality, you pull into the parking lot to see a building in front of you with junk, stacked boxes in most of the windows. The front desk worker was friendly. We were given a room in the second building……..room was stuffy/ musty, carpet was filthy, roach trap behind the floor lamp, obvious well-used furniture. We left. This place has the vibe of a place someone rents by the hour…..

They need new mattresses ASAP, I literally slept on coils.

Location was good. The dryer machine was broken!

This hotel needs a serious cleaning and update. Parking was easy and lighted. Staff was friendly. No easy access to elevators from front desk, had to got up and down a few stairs, which wouldn't be easy for anyone with disabilities.
