I’ll give it a 9/10 only cause thecoffee dispensers in the lobby were empty before checkout. 😢Comfy room. I slept like a baby! 😎

My only observation is that while the housekeeping comes daily, I removed the do not disturb sign on two different days and my room was still not cleaned.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s location was great for shopping and eating lots of things to do.

Given a room where air conditioning had part on order then switched to two rooms where phone was not working. I was given one nite free even though 2 nights not able to sleep due to loud noise, not the normal hilton experience. Even pool was out of order

Please don't take the information on Expedia as fact. I booked this particular hotel for the pool and hot tub. There were other hotel choices just minutes away but this one was supposed to have an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. As a person with chronic back pain, that was a primary requirement. I booked the hotel through Expedia and checked in an hour or two later. The room was fine. It was clean, roomy and well decorated. I was eager to relax in the hot tub and returned to the check in desk to ask for directions. Imagine my dismay when I discovered they had removed both the pool and hot tub. What? How could that be? Why didn't they remove as amenities listed on Expedia? I was furiously disappointed but there was nothing to be done about it. The person at the desk did provide me with a business card for the general manager but basically I wasted my money. Consider this your warning

Very clean and rooms always available for us to check in early and check out late . Staffs are nice .

Clean, close to Harris Teeters and small businesses AC in the room was a bit loud when it comes on.

It's a very nice hotel but they need to change the sheets and provide toilet paper more often, but if nobody goes to clean, how do they know?

Disappointed in the pillows as they lacked firmness. Disappointed in the breakfast as the eggs had no flavor and the 2 types of sausages were overcooked and dry. Also, would be better to have coffee/hot water urns closer to breakfast area. While there was French Toast, most other hotels also include waffles with the buffet There was sugar free syrup which I appreciated

The hotel is clean and safe but they don’t clean rooms often and don’t change towels and toilet paper after the first one. Needed to go downstairs and ask for clean towels and toilet paper- kourig doesn’t work.
