Holiday Inn Express Fairfax - Arlington Boulevard by IHG

Excellent place to stay amd recommended.

Very friendly and responsive staff. Extremely clean and tidy. Very satisfying stay.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was hot and generous, and the lobby coffee maker ground and brewed fresh on demand. Parking was easy, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a small convenience store/snack station in the hotel lobby. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the friendly staff. I spoke with several people who were kind and courteous, including Raj. Raj greeted us on arrival, and he was warm, super helpful, and welcoming. He remembered me from phone calls I made before arrival, and he helped me with some confusion I had about my stay. The staff at this Holiday Inn Express is the basis of my recommendation that you stay here when you need lodging in Fairfax. The kind, smiling employees truly made our stay memorable.

The staff was great and the breakfast looked very good (we didn’t have time to sit down and eat but grabbed a bagel to go) but our room was on the first floor across from the ice machine and I barely slept between people using that, taking showers, and opening doors all night. The walls are super thin and don’t stop any noise from the other rooms. Would not stay here again if back in the area in the future.

Electric charger does not work

Room was small but clean, comfortable and perfect for a one night stay. staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was great and area was very clean.

The hotel staff was great. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. The hand soap and lotion was by the sink. The breakfast was good with oatmeal, cereal, eggs and other food.

staff was fine tried to be helpful..but the room was in disrepair...ac unit kept turning on and off..and one of the days after expressly stating we wanted room service we didnt get it...the property is ok i guess just disappointing but the staff overall was friendly

Clean room

Our room had a terrible odor when we arrived. The Clark came in with a can of spray and sprayed the carpet which Matt it for a while, but it came back. There were also ants in the room. We cannot walk around the room and sock feet because our socks look like we’ve been walking on a dirt road. Could be a very nice facility if better maintain. Will not be staying again.

Highly recommended and the room was fantastic

Sunday morning I had interaction with Raj and he couldn't have been any nicer. All of the housekeepers and other staff were extremely friendly and helpful as well. I definitely would recommend staying there.

Cinnamon buns and very cook coffee, good way to start the day.
