Staff were kind and the facilities were good Nothing

The hotel was very clean but no elevator. The breakfast was good, still renovating.

Clean room, but small. Lots of parking

Normal hotel nothing interesting The cleaners when they clean the room they take stuff from the room!! So be careful guys don’t let your stuff in the room when you’re leaving out.

The room itself was clean, well decorated, nice bed, and very clean bathroom. Also had a refigerated which worked great. I never did get the TV to work and their were no instructions on how to make it work. The breakfast was great! They did a very nice job on a good assortment of food and had a very nice room with a great atmosphere to eat in. The staff running the breakfast should be commended and rewarded for a great job! The location was excellent if you were doing anyting in the Fairfax VA are. But I definitely did not like the irritating speed bumps in the parking lot. Overall, a nice stay with some minor exceptions as noted.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the beds were so comfy!! I liked everything except for the fact that I had to leave!!

There was plenty of parking.

I got everything I bargained for. They have plentiful parking available, but may be a bit short on disabled spaces. The exhaust fan in the bathroom may not be a match for the moisture that fogs everything up.

Swim pool could stay open later than labor day.. weather in VA is warm enough to swim

The rest is speech to text so I'm sorry if there are any odd words I booked a room for a business trip for one of my employees who had an event at a local University. She woke up she laid on the floor to do some stretches as she started her day and a cockroach climbed out of her hair. I called and spoke to somebody at noon named fasma who hung up on me three times she wanted nothing to do with hearing about bugs in her room. I sent the hotel messages through the hotels.com portal and have not gotten a reply in 12 hours. Avoid at all costs unless you want or already have cockroaches or other bugs Their late night person took down my phone number and said management would call me back on Monday although I highly doubt that will occur
