Best Western Fairfax

The Hotel was little difficult to enter on the other side of chain bridge road and also little difficult to exit . I don’t really like the speed bumps for me the speed bumps don’t look nice on the property . Breakfast was delicious and the shower’s water pressure was awesome.

Check in was fast and easy, staff were friendly, the room very clean and the free breakfast had great options. For the price of the room you can't beat what you get. Will definitely stay here again.

We reserved a room at this hotel specifically to have a nice pool for our kids to swim in the mornings before sightseeing and the evenings when we returned to the hotel. We were very disappointed when we got to the hotel and found out that the pool did not open until noon and closed at 8 PM. The man working the front desk was very short with us and seemed annoyed with having to check us in. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. They do have a lifeguard stationed at the pool. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space for everyone in the dining area.

Loved the pool

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Fairfax, Virginia. My only drawback was that I was unable to obtain a move to be closer to the pool for my second third days at the location.

Everything about the stay was great! Convenient to the interstate; hotel staff was helpful and friendly; facility was clean and appeared to have been renovated. Breakfast was good as well. Do be prepared that the hotel rooms have exterior entryways and upper floors require one to climb stairs. Knew this when I booked the room so not a problem. Enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again!

The only one thing I don’t like this place : they don’t have room when my flights arrive early to check in early and check out late even we want to pay extra fees .

I was surprised at how many positive reviews this hotel has, given the conditions I found when I checked in. The hotel is outdated and not ADA compliant. I had to climb multiple flights of stairs with heavy luggage. The room itself looked old, although it appeared clean. The reason for my review is to warn others about the roach infestation. I spent one night there and saw and killed multiple roaches. It was late when I saw them, and my daughter was sleeping, so I didn't alert management until the next morning at check out. I told the front desk clerk about the roaches and she simply stated "I'll let the manager know". Now I'm home and washing all my clothes, sanitizing my luggage, and hoping I didn't bring any of those pests home with me.
