The elevator was lagging pretty bad and the 2nd one didn't even work! The floor in our room was super sticky so make sure to wear shoes! Other than those two things everything else turned out pretty good!

Not meeting Hampton Inn standards. I've stayed in many Hampton Inns across the country. So I know.

A/C was excellent, room was very clean

When I arrive we was given somebody else room and the desk clerk had to knock on the door to confirm. We were given an upgrade to a larger room.

And easy breakfast Just wish the boiled eggs where fresh hot instead of cold Coffee available 24 hrs is a plus Wish there are benches outside to use to wait for our rides instead of going back in to wait.

I have only 1 complaint, NO water pressure in the shower, LOL, and 5 minute shower took me almost 15 minutes, but I was grateful to have water to shower with.

The front desk staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the area was kept clean. The lobby was casual and attractive. Housekeeping!!!! Again! This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. The first time I was there for 10 days and 5 days in a row my room was not cleaned. Garbage was piling up and I had to ask for clean towels. Of course, I made my own bed. I returned because the front desk person said he would make sure it would not happen again. I tried. This time it was two days before I had service. Another day the maid came at 6 o'clock and said they were ready to clean my room, at least that is what I think she said, it wasn't English. 6 PM is too late. I asked for clean towels and sent them away.
