I’d say they should check the rooms more thoroughly; there was a bedbug on the bed.

Breakfast minimal, no restroom in waiting area, staff looks at everyone as a homeless not wanted to even answer simple questions. No room cleaning, have to bring own towels to the front desk? Like why I pay to have things cleaned when I’m already paying for the room. Very blah experience to say the least.

Rooms had clearly been smoked in; heavy fake air freshener scent to cover it, which gave me a migraine. Elevators reeked of pot. Woke with bites on my legs. Blankets/sheets are so thin, they may as well not have anything. Carpet needs replacing.

location, staff , free parking bed was hard, had to get blankets (none were in the room), room smelled like stale cigarettes

Kitchenette, channel lineup, staff. Popcorn ceilings, the appliances were extremely sub-par, old, small, and ugly, borderline gross.

First off, upon checking in I was behind a deploying soldier. He was told he couldn’t use his military credit card bc their system needed the card to have the tap feature on new cards or required a PIN to pay bc it wouldn’t swipe & he couldn’t manual enter. This forced the soldier to pay out of pocket over $700 since we was “extended stay”. I tell you this bc I told them I don’t have a PIN or tap feature on mine & wasn’t paying differently. Somehow when it was my turn he processed it. The next soldier came in & they exchanged pleasantries saying he set up a PIN for his recently, a 3rd one came in having the same issue. I say HOW DARE YOU DO THIS TO OUR MILITARY if this is the approved accommodations & used frequently by TRAVIS AFB you are getting a lot of business from our Gvt & trying to force PIN or tap feature is so you don’t have to pay card transaction fees at higher rate. Again HOW DARE YOU. COST OF DOING BUSINESS & Tax deductible. You are despicable, you had nothing in the rooms, breakfast was a box, the room smelled, towels and bedding stained, half a role of toilet paper, WIFI if you could even logon.

friendly front desk lady. needs updates. everything was run down.

The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms had a odd smell and there was food still left in the refrigerator and the carpet needs cleaned.

It was convenient, well stocked with amenities like a big fridge. The beds, AC, and shower were comfortable. The staff, especially Angela, were very nice. I liked the complimentary coffee & muffins in the morning The fire alarm briefly went off Saturday 5/24/26 at 12:30am and we called the front desk and the person on duty was flummoxed too. We didn’t evacuate but that would have been a pain. Also, the TV was too small for the room and two Queen beds.

This hotel is good to book if you just need a room for a quick overnight stay and that’s about it. The cell phone service is terrible but luckily they offer free wifi. I booked two rooms and one of the rooms the toilet was clogged, the tv didn’t work, and the ac wasn’t working. The beds were stiff and hard as well. I was in town for the Bottlerock music festival so it was definitely convenient but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Affordability Almost everything. It was dirty, provided almost nothing, hallways and stairwells stunk, carpets dirty, bathroom vent way too loud, parking lot had homeless people everywhere and people doing drugs, did not feel safe at all. Fire alarm went off multiple times late at night with no explanation and no one to call and talk to about it, fridge door was filthy, roach traps everywhere. Disgusting
-
It was clean Small breakfast, no coffee maker, hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner in room
-
The room was very run down and did not feel or look clean. Very disappointed.
-
Plus was the staff were all so friendly and nice.
-

-

I booked on booking.com for a one night stay. When I arrived with my 9 month old child at 8:00pm (at night) I was denied services (after already paying for my room). I was told by the front desk that I had to leave and could not stay for I was not 21. I am 20 (over the age of 18, and adult nevertheless). I then had to leave late at night with my small child to have to find another room everything was pretty much booked out. This is there policy, I understand. However I was not refunded. I submitted this to booking.com to process my refund, booking.coms response was that the property never responded. I was supposed to have a response within their time frame of 24 hours. Nothing. Please, fix this issue. I booked on booking.com for a one night stay. When I arrived with my 9 month old child at 8:00pm (at night) I was denied services (after already paying for my room).
