Great facilities, pricing right. great breakfast! Overall a great value!

The property is conveniently located and well staffed. The pool was closed, but it wasn’t posted on the website.

My only complaint would be that the room I had little to no water pressure during my stay, but the water was at least hot. 9/10 do reccomend.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, since it's conveniently located close to the freeway, restaurants, and the mall.

The service from the Staff was outstanding. Nearly every employee that I spoke with asked how I was doing and if we were enjoying our stay. Kudos to your team for the excellent customer service.

Pros: -The room we had had plenty of room to walk around & play with his toys! Which meant I wouldn’t have to go from the 4th floor, outside to a parking lot, or load up in the car to go find a suitable place in the heat or in the dark; except when it was time to potty. -My Goldendoodle doesn’t shed. That is one of the main reasons we adopted him. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there wasn’t a lot of hair on the baseboards and random places like a lot of “pet friendly” rooms. That’s it for the Pros.. Everyone who travels with pets knows that “pet friendly” rooms aren’t the hotel’s finest rooms. It can be frustrating for someone with a well trained/groomed, nonshedding dog that uses buttons to talk. lol. That being said… Cons: -This room, while spacious, was in dire need of a renovation. It seemed like a hodgepodge of hand me downs that were too worn out for other rooms. For example; The duvet cover/top blanket, whatever it is, looked like a cat had been sharpening its nails on it. The carpet was grimy. The entertainment center was 3 desks they’d cut and put together to make 1 long one. -The smell! In one spot in the room it smelled like B.O. bad!! -The walls are thin. Being right next to the elevator with thin walls means your dog wakes up every 2 minutes. Dog gave it 0 stars. We got another hotel for the next night

The hotel had plenty of eating places and take out within walking distance. You just had to decide what you wanted to eat. Hotel was clean and had no weird smells. The staff was cordial. There's a shopping center nearby.

The property is fairly close to where we need to be the next day so it work out ok This hotel felt a bit old in my opinion. When we walked into the room, there was a dusty, stale smell — almost like a toasted or musty odor — which made it feel like the room hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly. The staff seemed to be very busy with their phone call. During our check in and check out there was a bit of wait.

Great room everything was nice and clean the staff was super nice and we got great sleep
