Just a five minute walk to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard Island Queen Ferry, this motel features an outdoor pool. Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV with cable are in rooms at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. Each room is also equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator. The spacious grounds at Falmouth Heights Lodge have glider swings to relax on and barbecue facilities. There is a playground area for children and a garden. Laundry facilities are also on site. Falmouth Marine Park is 10 minutes' walk from the motel and Falmouth Heights Beach is just 175 yards away. There are 10 restaurants all within a 10 minute walk from the Lodge. Please note that the swimming pool is closed in May. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is included. Use of the large air conditioning unit that cools the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bottom floor is optional and available for an additional charge of MXN 800 per day.

Walkable to ferry and restaurants Pillows were not comfortable and no Keurig coffee pot (a bit outdated with Mr Coffee pot)

The place is going through renovations and it is obvious that the upgrades will be well worth it. The place was in a perfect spot for going to Martha’s Vineyard for the day. The people that own and run the place are wonderful, Nothing.

Location,was great. Property was well maintained. New room, decorated Beautifully. Furnished patio. A lot of privacy. Would definitely return, and make more of a vacation. Very quick trip. Overnight.

Maureen was so kind and friendly even before we arrived. She was even nicer in person. Great location for going over the Martha's Vineyard. Will visit again in the future. Liked everything about the location, room and staff.

The room was exceptional! Bed was very comfortable and bath was very clean and kitchen very modern and the room was well appointed. Highly recommend this motor lodge to anyone wanting a super clean stay.

The rooms were so cute and cozy and the pool area was very nice and so clean and well maintained. Also a great location as it was walking distance to the island queen ferry and the beach

I reserved a room with booking.com and upon arrival I was told that I needed to pay additional monies for taxes which were not charged to me. I was sure booking.com charged taxes, but they insisted. I was tired and needed the room, so they charged me approx. $56 in additional fees to my charge card. The next morning, I complained to another woman there that I was charged additional fees and again she stated booking.com doesn't charge taxes. With receipt in hand I showed her where taxes were charged already. She then stated that "booking.com doesn't give them the money they're supposed to". I said that was between them and booking.com. At that point, she agreed to refund the charge to my credit card. WHAT DISHONEST SCAMMERS!! Also, the room was disappointing. It was the size of a postage stamp (long and narrow) with a inadequately small TV. Being off-season and with cool and rainy weather, size does matter. I will NEVER go back and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great location close to woods hole for the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Room was really big and clean, which was great for the price we paid. The neighbors downstairs were being really loud until late.
