The location was amazing and the room was clean and well designed Would have been good to include cutlery and crockery in the kitchen and tea/coffee facilities

Had a great stay with my family. Only drawback were the thin walls. Each morning we were awaken (5:30 A.M.) by the small children next door running and yelling. Outside of that I would stay again and recommend Tides but with that warning.

This hotel is in a beautiful location right on the water. There’s a great deck on the roof overlooking the ocean and harbor. There didn’t appear to be handicap access so be prepared to climb some stairs. There’s no restaurant but a cute outdoor trailer serving pastries and drinks. We found a great breakfast place, walking distance but not open every day. Our room didn’t get cleaned. Twice we left the card on the door only to return to find it changed to not clean the room. They said it may have been blown off the door but returned to our door wrongly! The bathrooms were very small and it would have been nice if there was a sheer curtain for the slider and window so we didn’t have to close the room darkening shades. There were lovely fire pits on the beach at night and supposedly s’mores but we never saw them. There were lots of beach chairs and floating devices but the weather was not conducive to lounging or swimming. Perhaps next time. Falmouth is a great city and the Cape has plenty to see and do. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view

The location on the beach was great. Watching the boats come in and out of the marina. Very annoyingly there was no breakfast, as is common America models. There was a blue van behind where we could buy coffee and pastries .

Perfect. Beautiful location, directly on the beach. Friendly and really kind staff. Very spacious and very clean. It was perfection in every way and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend and cannot wait to come and stay again. Nothing

Fabulous location and great getaway, which keeps us returning again and again. Great location as well.

Location, pretty rooms, comfortable beds, I liked the record player. Nothing

This is facing the beach, the rooms are pretty and clean. Dog friendly for an extra fee. It is a little pricey.

The prices at the “Little Blue” truck were high.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and view is fantastic. We used the bikes once to ride to dinner. Our room was nice and spacious. Only negative is a lot of light comes into the room at night due to the balcony lights staying on and various lights from the fridge and smoke alarm. Would have a loved a coffee maker in the unit. Had to wait till 7am to get a coffee from the bakery truck outside.

In fact, the only proactive interaction we had during our whole stay was after they seemed suspicious we weren’t paying guests, and made us confirm our room number and last name while our kids played in the sand.
-
Location and clean. Parking was a little difficult due to breakfast truck in the lot

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were immaculate, the location was incredible, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every part of our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the experience they provide. If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, do not pass this hotel up. It’s truly a hidden gem, and we would absolutely stay here again.

I am not a beach person but it was a thrill to look out the sliding glass door and watch the bay lapping at the shore forty feet from us. Also a decent turntable and some old vinyl records, a Nespresso machine, and Malin & Goetz toiletries in the bathroom. The heating and cooling system was great, the beds were great, the curtains were great, and even though we could see the gentle waves, the sound was muffled. There were lounge chairs on the beach, a rooftop deck, and a life raft to swim to. They were very strict about not letting us check in a half hour early on Sunday afternoon. The parking space for Room 10 require a wiggle to the left and a careful 180 in order to back out and getting our suitcases in and out of the room required a hop over wet landscaping strip or dragging them through gravel six spaces down to the concrete walkway and six parking spaces back. If you have to check in after 3 and be out by 10, there won't be much need for the beach.
