Room was aged and dated but very clean. The front desk older female staff and the lady who cleaned our room were so helpful and nice. This was our 1st time at Cape Cod and they steered us to all quality attractions to see. As a result they made our stay wonderfully memorable!!

clean and cozy, everything within walking distance

I absolutely love this motel – the Owner – the support staff – it is quaint, and just phenomenal. I love this place.
-
Great location with very comfortable rooms.

This is a very clean and functional motel just minutes away from the ferries to the islands. It is an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Falmouth, too. The staff person was delightful - friendly and helpful. Great place to stay to catch early morning ferry.
-
Location was perfect Did not bring a hair dryer and there was not one in the room

The worst thing was the tiled linoleum flooring which was cracked and peeling up in places. When I mentioned this at checkout the lady said, oh the house staff hadn’t told her, but this floor had clearly been like this for some time. The room was generally rather jaded and the damaged floor made the place feel dirty.

It was clean, close to where we needed to go next and had a helpful cheerful staff. It is a five minute walk to a beautiful park and some nice eating spots . Could use some updating of amenities. But for the price it was adequate .

This is a great motel in Falmouth. It is clean, well Kept, the Staff is very helpful and it is reasonably priced for a motel on the Main Street in Falmouth and a quick drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.
-
It was a conveniently located place close to everything. The owner Virginia is a wonderful host who aims to please. We enjoyed our stay and getting to know her. It's an old fashioned motel right in the heart of town and Virginia takes care of it very nicely.

Old school motel and even though it was old it was spotlessly clean. Staff were super friendly and the location was perfect for exploring the cape. Right in the center of town near lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and wonderful location in Falmouth, close to the dining and shopping. It's also is also within walking distance to the free Steamboat Authority shuttle bus to get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket Island. The staff was super helpful.

The owners were welcoming and helpful.

Terry at the desk was very welcoming ! Rooms cozy and 1950’s vintage beach cottage style. Short walk to all stores and restaurants on Main st. I would highly recommend this Motel !
-
The location was convenient for access to local restaurants and shops. On site parking. Mold in the room and ants in the bathroom. No vent fan in the bathroom.

Rustic older property ,but very clean

I loved the fact that this motel was privately owned and I could personally talk with the owner. She was nice and really liked getting to know her customers. We decided to stay an extra night and it was a simple process. I also liked the fact that we could walk to the shops and it was conveniently located. This is a beautiful quaint town and plan to go back some day. The bathroom could have used some updating.
