Location was great. Everything was top notch. Tom and Billy exceptional hosts. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in away. The food was also wonderful. Nothing. Loved everything.Our stay at Palmer House Inn was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom and Billy.

Ambiance And breakfast

We loved the location, the delicious breakfast and the friendly atmosphere and staff. The Innkeeper was very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. There’s not much to say here. Everything and everyone was most accommodating.

Wonderful porch

Enjoy a flashback to one of many old Victorian houses I used to live in. Love the books by authors the rooms are named after. Nice twist. I loved that the family works there.

A fantastic place to enjoy peace and tranquility!!! The hosts Billy and Tom are magnificent people we so enjoyed our stay at the Palmer House Inn. The attention to details are incredible. Love the comfy mattress, fine linens our suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast outstanding many delicious selections oh wow the almond pancakes most delicious. Parking on site so very convenient the grounds so well kept. Can’t wait to go back again. Much thanks to the hosts and wonderful staff!!!

My first stay at the Palmer House. It was conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations for eating -- all walkable even in the winter cold. I will recommend Palmer House to friends and colleagues. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

Beautiful old home run by excellent staff!

The Palmer House is an adorable bed & breakfast. We loved the Victorian details and decor. The breakfast is a wonderful treat! Located in the heart of Falmouth and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Great Breakfasts Third stay. Not at high enough standard for the Reserve Select membership. Hosts just failed us completely. Cake of dried detergent in middle of sheets. Bathroom incomplete with sink in room. One host obnoxious and other unwilling to sincerely apologize since they are domestic partners. I was almost in tears at how Bill's partner didn't recognize my partner as a guest after a 15 minute conversation and chewed her out for using the restroom for guests. Ruined a $950 vacation . They seemed too preoccupied with medical issues to even initiate any sort of amends or heartfelt apology. I won't put this out in public because they didn't used to be this incompetent but I have to tell you their attitude was truly infuriating.

On a scale of 1 - 10.....I rate it a 20. It was such a beautiful place and in the perfect area. We walked to dinner, came back and relaxed on the porch. We were enjoying the peace and quiet and then we heard the church bells ring 8 times and then a little song played ever so softly. The Inn had beautiful antique furniture. Always had some, water, coffee and snacks out. The sweetest woman checked us in and then showed us around. We definitely want to come back and stay for 3 or 4 nights.
