Easy check in at 3 pm and my kids were able to get right into the nice pool on the property. Room was very clean and comfortable for our one night stay. We had to be up early to catch our 6:35am ferry to MV. Beds were a little softer than I prefer.

Looks a bit like a 1950’s motel, but the interior of rooms is delightful. Great beach decor and completely updated rooms and bathrooms. Bargain for Falmouth in the summer.

The location was amazing and it is super cute. Could walk to the ferry and to downtown. The beds were too small. It was very hard for 4 people to sleep comfortably.

We went for a weekend and loved it! Very clean and nice pool. Walked to restaurants and stores easily. Tried a couple different beaches- all great!

Was ok but they could use better mattress. Squeaked when you moved and not the most comfortable. Everything else was ok.

Pool was great We stayed in Room #2. I am an avid soccer fan and the picture on the tv was so blurry you couldn't even watch anything.

This is my 4th stay at this property. The staff is super nice. The room is perfectly clean and a lot of attention to details have been taken. The car is right outside my door. The shower is large with good water pressure. Overall, one of my favorite places to stay. I travel a lot and love coming here.

Really cute decorations throughout bedroom and bathroom. Most important it was very clean. Pool was beautiful and large sized. Owner was very accomodating.

I was pleasantly surprised on how updated our room was, especially the bathroom which looked recently updated with no cost spared. There was a nice pool which looked clean and inviting. The motel’s footprint is very small so there’s not a lot of outdoor space but when we’re visiting the Cape, we’re out and about all day until it’s time to crash which brings me to the bed, fabulous mattress and linens! We’ll definitely be back, especially with the price of the room.

I would highly recommend as my wife and I have stayed here many times. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and ferry. We went to the Cape Cod baseball game which was a five minute walk. The area is safe and will go back again.
