Check in was extremely easy and the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Property was quiet and serene. Continental breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!

Incredibly helpful and gracious staff and a gorgeous property. We enjoyed our night with the Coonamessett and hope to visit again someday.

The hotel was fine. However the fact that they sent me messages every day in the week leading up to the stay was super annoying and intrusive. I was on the road and unable to log on and, was constantly stressed about whether my reservation was being cancelled and had to call the hotel to confirm that I still had a room. I should be able to opt out of this.

Room 15 was perfection. First room (22?) was not quiet (even though I had specifically requested this BEFORE booking) and it had bad lighting. 2nd room was perfection (#15)

The staff was very kind. The king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot with great pressure.

Landscapers all day long with loud leaf blowers & wood chipper. They blew dirt through bathroom windows all over toilet & floor & were leaf blowing before 9am & through checkout (at one point right outside our door & we had to ask them to stop.

Staff when checking in was awesome, room was very clean, it’s a older property could use some updating but fine for the short stay I was there

It was tough to get to our unit - lots of stairs and far from the parking lot. The two chairs in the room were awful - uncomfortable and hard to get out of. No tea or coffee pot in the room. Shower had a half door - water leaked onto the floor.
