Enjoyed our stay here very much and the staff was friendly and helpful with our ever-changing plans. Very much appreciated their professionalism. Nice, new, clean property too!

Check in didn’t go smoothly and had to change from a double bed room to a single bed room. After check in, our room didn’t have towels and didn’t smell clean.

Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, staff was welcoming and kind. We stayed for 1 night. Hotel met our needs perfectly. We did not have breakfast as we chose to sleep in but did have coffee and it was good.

When we arrived, we waited 20 mins for anyone to show up to the front desk. Breakfast is a joke: eggs, potatoes and some meat. The 9 star rating drew me in only to be greeted with an experience mirroring a roadside motel.

I did like the property and the design of the room was nice. The hotel is convenient to Walmart, food places and the University. My only issue were one of the two rooms I rented the sheets and pillows weren’t clean. There was makeup all over the pillow case when pulled back and on the sheet. Which was surprising because the bed was neatly made. We did notify the front desk to have someone come and change the bedding. I will say there is room for improvement on being my mindful when cleaning the rooms. Other than that everything was fine,

Great property overall clean and in a great location The front desk manager did not follow through with a review of charges. I was charged incorrectly and multiple times. I spent hours while staying here trying to sort out my charges and am still left with duplicate transactions
