Clean No pool and could hear doors closing at night

The room i stayed in was EXTREMELY small me and my girlfriend had to squeeze by one another we couldn't iron without being in each other's way. For 100 bucks it wasn't worth it should be more like 60 motel 6 rooms are bigger then that.

Quick check in. Elevator to upper floors. No carpeting and hotel very clean throughout. Window blinds with electronic control. TV function was good with multiple stations available. I had requested a walk in shower due to some physical limitations, it was a very nice shower and there were also grab bars in the bathroom. There were plenty of working electrical outlets near the bed and I did not have to perform acrobatics yo use them. There was a cooked breakfast with several options available. They did not provide a waffle maker or a dark coffee option which would have been a bonus. Very nice eating area. We saw an exercise room but didn't use it. Did not look for a pool.

Lobby and gym were very clean and tidy. The room was very clean. The stairwell could have been better kept but overall very nice place. Other than the annoying fire alarm that went off and evacuation just as we got ready for bed due to someone vaping in the establishment it was a very good stay.

Location and price. Very clean and comfortable Nothing

I NEVER stay there expecting a breakfast that matches other hotels, because it just simply does not! I will say, even though with my allergies I don't often find much I can eat, I miss the smells of a nice free breakfast. It just doesn't exist there. The smell of the room. My granddaughter, when she came to get me, thought it smelled like a wet dog. I did get adjusted to it, but it wasn't great. I have noticed that rooms still haven't be repaired of the small things such as cracked tiles or missing drywall on corners.

I have been traveling for over 30 years and this may be the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Our room had the most atrocious odor on check in smelled like cat urine. Called front desk. No answer. Went down to front desk. Nobody there. Ridiculous! Literally gave my wife and I a headache all night, due to its severity. Not only that, TV didn’t work. Towels were stained. Horrible experience. Their advertisements say if it’s not right, they’ll fix it. That might be true…if you can find someone to talk to! Stopped to personally talk to someone on check out…all she did was take my keycards and say she was busy and she will “see us next time.” I assure you ma’am….you will NEVER see us again!!! Stayer BEWARE!!! Pay more and stay elsewhere.

We were greeted at the front desk by General Manager, Tracy, who was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to our needs. Very convenient location.

Very pleased with our first time stay at avid hotel in Fayetteville, AR. Everything was very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast totally adequate. We also loved the bright colors everywhere in the building. The location is enjoyable too, a bit recessed from I-49, and consequently quiet.

Everything was great unfortunately they’re under construction on the first floor so it was a sore eye since we were on the first floor, but other than that, everything was great, including staff and manager.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into UARK and found it convenient and not far from campus. Will stay again soon- If it showed 4 stars it SHOULD BE 5 STARS the options in the review wouldn’t allow a to choose 5 page was to Big.

It was fine. The rooms were clean. I was hoping the breakfast would be better. I would stay there again as long as the price remains reasonable.
