Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville- Univ of AR Area by IHG

And, the coffee machines were not working properly. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. Everything else was ok. Food that should have been hot was only warm. Warm scrambled eggs do not taste very good. The staff was great, and very helpful, but divulged that the machines break down regularly and are not repaired in a timely manner.

Very nice people and staff.

The hotel was under renovation and we were not aware of this until we arrived. Staff were nice and breakfast was good!

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet and clean atmosphere all around

Construction

The hotel was dated. They were under construction.

Good

Exceptional

They were doing maintenance work on the floor we were on but it was for upgrading purposes so I was okay with it

There were ants everywhere. Besides that everything was awesome, beds are comfy, breakfast was great, they were in the middle of remodeling so all the plastic sheets on the floor and the walls in the lobby halls were understandable.

House keeping staff were rude and the rooms weren’t cleaned good

I would like the room cleaned every day. Not just clean towels daily. Let’s change the sheets, make the bed and mop up the floors like hotels used to do.

Nothing. Very impressed.

It was friendly, clean and very comfortable. The king room was huge. It was a double king room. And it was very spacious. Nothing. Very impressed.

This is not what a Holiday Inn express is supposed to be like. The elevator was slow it was dirty inside. They were renovating some of it. Renovation or not, I was not warned on Expedia app.

Newer good value hotel

Front desk staff were nice and helpful, location Where should I start. I've never had an experience like this hotel before. Housekeeping did not do their job. We stayed 6 days, not a single wipe down during our stay. Requested extra towels, 4 of us stayed in the room 3 towels were left. Toilet paper roll left by the sink wrapped. Sink is outside of the restroom. Hand soap were not filled up for 2 days. I know they are doing the renovation, but the rooms are falling apart. Breakfast was the lowest quality I ever had. Mid trip our tv quit working, they offered to move rooms which is a plus, I had no desire to pack our stuff and move rooms.
