Comfort Inn & Suites Fayetteville - University Area

The hotel itself was fine though. I liked it and would recommend it or Holiday Inn express.

Sufficient for what we needed.

Super friendly staff, clean property. Needs some updates in decor but the price is reasonable and great location. Breakfast is ok. It is a bit limited but they do have waffles!

Everything about the hotel was good for the most part. The curtains in the rooms don’t close all the way (only the sheets do), so be prepared to sleep like you’re in Scandinavia during the midnight sun. The elevator worked 10% of the time which didn’t bother us but I’m sure it was difficult for the elderly couple we helped climb a few flights of stairs to their floor. Breakfast was the usual sub par continental breakfast. But the coffee was actually pretty good, although a bit weak, but still good. Location is close to everything and still convenient to the university, shops, restaurants, etc.

They moved us rooms to one that was better. The next morning they had a sign at breakfast saying they didn’t have any eggs and when I went back at 7:30 they were out of the sausage too. They said they weren’t making anymore for the day. That meant that they only had a crockpot of gravy left. We will be traveling to Fayetteville frequently, but will not be staying there ever again.

It was close to everything we needed to get to including visiting my granddaughter Not so much the property fault my inability to convey my needs to management concerning my stability and handicap issues

It was close to the college. That’s all It was so damp. The floor, the sheets…. We felt wet and sticky the whole time. It was so uncomfortable

The room was clean and cool. The breakfast the best I have had in a while. Quite too. Handy to restaurants and freeway.

It was good for the price we paid. It was clean, and a very simple room. Definitely nothing fancy

Although I booked the hotel via bookings.com the property did not provide me any invoice and I was asked to contact bookings.com where they repeatedly told me I should get the receipt from the Property and the guy at the front desk was equally rude with his attitude.

It was clean and organized. Nice rooms We had a pool party that was verified before we even arrived. I called about the conference room one day last week and was told $100 for an hr but it’s already $175 for 4hrs. I didn’t call back to use the conference room because we had a room so we just used it. The manager got mad about how many ppl we had there and we didn’t need to use the conference room so he tried to charge us an extra $100. My sons 7th birthday was ruined by his actions and we had to leave the property

Hotel was just okay. The beds were very comfortable but the rooms themselves did not seem to be maintained well and cleanliness was average. The breakfast buffet was just okay, but good enough for the rate we paid for the room.
