Stay was very good.

It just smelt like mildew and mold could use some updates

Very nice room. Clean and comfortable bed. Not sure the air conditioner was working as it should, but it’s a lot to keep up with the heat. Breakfast provided was good. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed one night at this Comfort Inn in Fayetteville. The location was excellent and made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed the indoor pool. There were a few areas that could use some attention. The air conditioning in the fitness room wasn’t working, so it was 81 degrees while I was trying to work out, which made it pretty uncomfortable. The shower had very poor water pressure, and the shower head appeared to be clogged, which may have been the cause. Several bathroom tiles were broken, and the hair dryer wasn’t working well, although it eventually got the job done. I also wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast. Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, the friendly staff, clean room, great location, and nice pool left a positive impression. I would consider staying here again and would give it another chance.

I had to transfer to 4 rooms as the rooms smelled awful. The property refused to give me a refund and finally put me in a room that was tolerable.

Good restaurants around that part

The first room we were in had a serious mold problem in the ceiling of the restroom. We were moved but there were some cosmetic issues that could be fixed. The staff was very polite. Breakfast crew did an excellent job refilling stations.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. Staff was fine, not a lot of interaction or anyone that went above and beyond. The room was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the convenience to town and restaurants.

No eggs or sausage for breakfast

Nice

Enjoyed the stay. I didn’t take advantage of indoor pool or gym but it was nice to see others did. The front desk personnel was great and very friendly. Continental breakfast was a little cold but facilities were clean and well maintained. Thank you!

Breakfast was really great! My only complaint was that the pool wasn’t open all the time.

The hotel itself was fine though. I liked it and would recommend it or Holiday Inn express.
-
Sufficient for what we needed.

There wasn't much selection at breakfast. Staff was friendly

Super friendly staff, clean property. Needs some updates in decor but the price is reasonable and great location. Breakfast is ok. It is a bit limited but they do have waffles!

Everything about the hotel was good for the most part. The curtains in the rooms don’t close all the way (only the sheets do), so be prepared to sleep like you’re in Scandinavia during the midnight sun. The elevator worked 10% of the time which didn’t bother us but I’m sure it was difficult for the elderly couple we helped climb a few flights of stairs to their floor. Breakfast was the usual sub par continental breakfast. But the coffee was actually pretty good, although a bit weak, but still good. Location is close to everything and still convenient to the university, shops, restaurants, etc.

They moved us rooms to one that was better. The next morning they had a sign at breakfast saying they didn’t have any eggs and when I went back at 7:30 they were out of the sausage too. They said they weren’t making anymore for the day. That meant that they only had a crockpot of gravy left. We will be traveling to Fayetteville frequently, but will not be staying there ever again.

The room was clean and cool. The breakfast the best I have had in a while. Quite too. Handy to restaurants and freeway.

It was good for the price we paid. It was clean, and a very simple room. Definitely nothing fancy
