Comfort Inn Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

They are remodeling, but still haven't got to the rooms with 2 beds, so same rusty lamps, dirty looking carpet, base boards held up by painters tape, and I could see where a painting was on the wall because it was a different color than the rest of the walls, just an empty space. The phone had no cord, so you weren't gonna call anyone on that thing. The staff is always nice though and breakfast is good. Waffles, and other stuff.

The room was FILTHY, and full of BLACK MOLD which I am very allergic to! When I brought it to the attention of the lady behind the front desk, she acted like she was appalled that I would say such a thing! She went to my room to look at it, and kept referring to it as "dirt"! I enlightened her that it was WAY more than just dirt! I am disabled, and was treated VERY BADLY AFTER THAT! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE MAKING RESERVATIONS THERE!!

I book my stay at a different hotel. Once my family arrives we was oh no. So, i book with the comfort in and suites. I accidentally book the wrong type room . Staff was excellent in changing without issue. Room was clean. I really like to updated king size room with hardwood floors. The double had carpet in which I feel that it could have been updated. Hallway floors need to be updated. But my overall stay was nice.

Carpet is dirty, places smells dingy! Definitely need some TLC, we had to spray perfume in the room and on the bedding room smells old!

The property needs a SERIOUS upgrade. Everything’s rusty. Fridge door has to be lifted in order for it to close and the freezer didn’t work. Sheets were dirty. Disorderly people staying at the property. My room was caught in the middle of a huge fight that started across the hall, rolled up and down the hall, bounced off my room door and then ended in a room next door to us. People were allowed to leave their room doors open and let their kids run up and down the hall, yelling, cursing, screaming, adults screaming at each other and the kids ALL DAY AND NIGHT. We will NOT come back to that property EVER!

Rooms are normally clean but there was a mistake with my reservation. The front desk auditor (light skinned black male wearing a black shirt and khaki pants) and manager helped and I was served well. Even being told by the night shift manager (a middle Eastern woman wearing a pink shirt and dark corrupted pants) that I would be given a refund for my stay due to the error in the system. However, when I spoke to Expedia representatives the following day to process the refund request, the property managers would not honor their word. Will not be staying here again if they will not honor their word.

Anything beat the quality Inn and this comfort in surpassed my expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly and was able to get me into a room for only $64 a night pretty quickly not bad it’s clean. It’s in a pretty decent area lots of shopping. The breakfast is pretty decent too a pretty good affordable stay

Cheap room but not worth it, room visibly dirty, stains on curtains and lamp shades, scratches on the door from dogs staying in the room, do not recommend

Inside was a not so good smell in the hallway. The bathroom was absolutely dirty and the fact the towels and wash cloths had hair all over them was insane. Could not even use them had to go out and get wash clothes and towels

Property is in a good location, grocery shopping and mall is close but was not clean. Carpets are dirty and room musty, could be cleaned out better at the time we checked in. Smoke detectors in the room and main hallway were going off(when battery is out) and toilet was semi clogged. Not staying here ever again.
