When I brought these issues to the attention of the front desk, it seemed as though this was not the first time something like this had happened. Even more disappointing, no solution or compensation was offered to address the situation. Cleanliness is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and the lack of concern or effort to resolve the problem made the experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Convenient and clean

Only thing is no supplies for our short 3 day stay as in no paper towels for the kitchen or trash bags, no filters for the coffee pot and also not enough utensils and drinkware for our family of four. Other than that is was pleasant.

N/A The cleanliness of the room. There was dental floss on the bedroom floor, beer cap inside the bed sheets and two dirty towels. Also yellow residue on the kitchen counter top.(

The kitchen was nice with full stove and oven.

The rooms were clean the space was very spacious. The staff was very pleasant.

The place look clean but it has bed bugs Bed bugs

Very clean and reasonable for the price, especially during a holiday weekend. It had a full kitchen with an island. A separate living roo. Area from the bedroom. It had a pullout in the living room also. It was comfortable for a family of 4.

Nice clean stay. Had a small issue with the lights in the unit but otherwise ok.
