How clean and nice it was very updated

Updated hotel. Kitchen amenity was awesome! As long as you keep your prices low and keep it clean, I will return every single time I am in Fayetteville!

Front desk was nice, seem to be having a rough day. Check out was non existent, at 830 am when I left the lobby was locked up and there was no staff available which was annoying bc I didn’t want them to think I hadn’t left, there was also no where to drop the keys off. Room was as advertised, did have to find the master switch by the door to make the lights work. There was no hand soap or dish washing soap so I’m glad I didn’t end up cooking bc I wouldn’t have been able to properly wash the dishes. Overall the hotel was quiet except for in the middle of the night, walls are a little thin. Also hotel guests should really monitor their children better, but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Didn’t appreciate being woken up by a child banging on my door at 630 on a Saturday. Nice concept of rooms that look inward to a court yard like a backyard. Would stay again if I need an air bnb style hotel again.

This property is incredibly noisy at night. The building structure causes loud talking in the common areas to echo constantly, keeping guests awake past midnight. To make matters worse, the stairways smell like urine, and the front desk completely empties out after 8:30 PM, leaving you with absolutely no help if an issue arises. On top of that, housekeeping is a joke—when I opened the sofa bed, there was a spoon covered in old strawberry yogurt stuck to the mattress. Avoid this place if you actually want comfort or service.

The elevators were not working in the property was not willing to accommodate

Staff was nice and check in was smooth. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we were woken up at 4am by loud talking and laughter from the hallway. By 6am I called the front desk about the noise. That same day we saw that the elevator was not working (and didn’t work for the rest of our stay) We were on the 4th floor with 2 elderly ladies who had a hard time going up and down those stairs. Overall the hotel was nice but there were inconveniences with our stay.

Loved it this is my new home away from home

The hotel has great potential and an excellent location, but the cleanliness was disappointing\. The kitchen was not properly cleaned: the microwave was dirty, and there were food leftovers in the sink\. I also found old shoes in the closet\. With better attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better place to stay\.

To get a one bedroom apartment for less than $100 a night is amazing. We had some difficulty with the card keys. The kitchen equipment was less than satisfactory. The apartment was clean and had adequate space. The body wash container had almost nothing in it. The facility was quiet and comfortable.

Clean property, clean room, great staff.

I really enjoyed my stay I had to come in late and they were very accommodating. I love the sweet the way it's set up even the way the light switch turns off all the lights. However I did have a hard time figuring out that the one light switch turned off all of the lights I believe that should be explained at the beginning of the experience. Other than that I loved the room the host the location perfect I will be back

Location was perfect, cleanliness of the building and room, easy check-in process. Upon check out receptionist greeted and all about my stay. I told her I would definitely be back. The place is awesome
