Location is great - right across a street to the beach at a roundabout - so easy - steps away from the sand! Nice breakfast - everything but waffles or pancakes - perfectly happy with it! Quality items! We stayed in the signature room - not luxurious, but a good size with everything you need…bathroom was large and comfortable…balcony was very small, but you could stand and see a part of the ocean ( building directly across the street blocking alot of the ocean view) . The building definitely needs updating , but it is well kept. We did not partake of the pool, so can’t comment on that. Restaurant directly across the street ( Sliders) is fun and has yummy food!

We loved our time at this hotel. The location was perfect. It is like a central hub for all the other fun things to do around the area and the best part is that we could just go across the street and be at the beach which was super convenient. We are now planning to go back because it is a favorite spot to visit.

En la habitación había filtración en el piso debajo del aire acondicionado. El agua en la ducha siempre estuvo caliente, tiene problemas para regular la temperatura. Habitación 126. Pienso que deben chequear bien las habitaciones antes de rentar.

Great location, 2 great restaurants on either side, quick walk to the beach, not crowded the 2 times I've stayed there. Good free hot breakfast too.

Evening check in was slow because the clerk was a talker. I was second in line and almost seemed like she didn’t want the first guy to leave.

I honestly can’t find a fault… 100% great customer service every time.. Thank you! 😁

The breakfast was well enough that I didn't wanted to eat elsewhere. The location is pretty nice. 10 min away from DT Fernandina, nice shops & restaurants. Also, right across from the beach. Just park 2 blocks away from the main strip to bypass the parking fees.

Great location to our event & the beach!! Was not told about the parking cost, so that was a little surprising.

We had a wonderful time! We were just there for one night but hotel staff was top notch and very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room early with no difficulty. Will definitely be coming back again!

My wife and I stayed on this property for a couple of nights in August. The property was reasonably well maintained. You could tell it was an older property but they seem to do a pretty good job of keeping it maintained. The beds were comfortable, the place was quiet, and I slept well both nights. There was a restaurant and bar just across the street from us and another bar just down the street so there was a few things to do in the area. Overall we enjoyed the stay at this motel and I would stay there again at this price point but if they increase the price I probably would look for somewhere else. I think for the price point it's a good value.

The room was dirty hair all over the supposed to be clean sheets some type of oil on the blanket under the bed with nasty bathroom tub couldn't plug sink ug was broken cracks in the bottom of the baseboards and to be it all being woke up by 2 mean on a scalfole scrapping on the window

Second time staying here it’s a great place to stay! Rooms are clean and staff is great! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Due to flight delays, I had complications with the condo we rented . So at 1:30am we needed a room for the night. I booked room throughExpedia. I arrived at hotel 30 minutes later, and the employee made us aware that we could not check in until 4PM. It’s 2am, we needed a place to sleep. Since we booked through Expedia it was non refundable. So the employee charged me an additional $65 for early check-in as well as vehicle parking fee. So our $139 Expedia room cost is we ell over $200 at this hotel.

The back door is very loud.

Long breakfast hours, location, pool Old/slightly run down elevators , no carpet in rooms made sand messy, bathroom not very clean, can’t stream on tv only has like 5 good channels

I loved that this hotel had little door hangers you could put out on your door at night to request extra towels, bath, mats, coffee, supplies, etc.. ….then instead of you having to answer the door in the morning for the hospitality staff, you just open your door and your supplies are in a clear plastic bag right outside your room. The only thing I found that was not good had nothing to do with the hotel but was the food and service at the restaurant right across the street called Sliders. We ate there the first night and it was overpriced, the fish & crab cake were terribly bland and almost inedible, and the server was inefficient and had an attitude. Highly recommend not wasting your money. We ate dinner at the Crab Trap downtown, which was excellent… The bang bang shrimp and lobster bisque are out of this world! We also ate dinner at Shuckers, which was delicious.

That is pet friendly and the location is perfect. We have stayed at this same place every time we go to Amelia island. But this time there has been a parking fee implemented. Why a hotel feels the need to charge for parking is something I'll never understand. I was surprised to find there has been a parking fee implemented. The hotel was supposedly just re-done but it doesn’t look like it. The only thing that looked newer was the flooring….its all hard floors everywhere, the rooms too. I personally prefer carpet in the “bed” part of the room, your feet get sandy and dirty from the floors when you get in bed. That’s just my opinion. Lots of plumbing gurgles and burps and night long. $125 a night is decent but we will prob take our business elsewhere next time.
