Location and Cozy Ness of the whole place

Overall, it is a cute property and the location is great. It is within close driving distance of restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, etc. The overall cleanliness of this place basically doesn't exist. There is mold/mildew growing on the blinds. The floors were dirty. The room had an overwhelming stench of marijuana as soon as you opened the front door to the room. After returning home, I had to wash my belongings several times to get the marijuana smell out of my clothes. A friend of ours stayed in one cabin whose bed smelled like cat urine and cigarette smoke -- these are supposed to be non-smoking rooms by the way. The keyless entry on our cell phones did not work.

Liked the cozy feel of a cottage Proximity to oceanfront Nothing really. Couple of lights were out and they never fixed them

There was UNO for us to play when we were rained out at the beach. The shower was nice. The Room was HOT and MUGGY, everything was damp including the clothes in my luggage because of how humid the room was. The floors were gross, the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets and extra black smelled terrible and had stains, the comforter looked like it had never been washed it had other peoples hair on it.

Super cute and close to the beach. They had had free wagons to pull your stuff down to the beach. There were separate air conditioner controls for the living room and bedroom which was nice. We would have liked more pillows

My room smells like cigarettes. When I left the next day all my luggage smelled cigarettes. I would stay here again.

Stayed at this location several times while visiting the area. Centrally located to main attractions, walking distant to beach and restaurants, feel safe traveling alone. Refridgerator did not cool and didn't realize it until following morning after we had already lost $ on food. Heavy blanket provided in room also had a strong animal odor. Staff was informed and willing to provide refund for our inconvenience.

Very beach vibe and uniquely tucked away from the street. Very close to the beach which is within a short walk away. The design of the board w walk to get to each cabin was great. Well designed! Having the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach is perfect. And with complimentary beach wagons to take all your beach stuff to the beach. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

The room was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they provide carts to take your bags to the room. Every cottage is set up as a tiny house with chairs outside on the porch. The refrigerator was big and even had a freezer. The bed was soft and comfortable. We loved the bathroom and especially the shower! It's pet friendly and it's hard to find that on the island, so I was very grateful for that! It was quiet despite that it's so close to the beach and on a main road. Several locations are within walking distance including the beach, Sliders and Danucci's Ice Cream Shop. The plant life that surrounds the cottages was really awesome! There were fruit trees (even banana trees) and other local plant life. It was an excellent stay at a fair price! Definitely recommend and would stay again! Be sure to read the handbook provided in each cottage. It will be helpful for you. The pillows were a little uncomfortable. There were 2 thick pillows and 2 thinner ones. I tried a thicker one the first night and had to trade for a thinner one in the middle of the night. You can't expect them to predict everything for every guest. The room was great and the stay was wonderful! We spent 4 nights there.

Location was great! The size and convenience of the cottage were perfect. The staff were friendly. This place is a gem! The light bulbs on the lamps on both sides of the bed were out. Also, I never officially received my agreement, so I didn’t know exactly what I agreed to and what my responsibilities were. But, neither concerned me enough to impact my stay.

The people were friendly and extremely helpful. Lots of nice wonderful smiles. When I entered the room I thought it smelt like smoke. I said to myself it must be my imagination. Because it said no smoking in the rooms. When I left the place and opened up my suit cases at my daughter’s. All my clothes smelt like cigarette smoke. I realised I wasn’t imagine-the odour. My fault I should have asked for a room change. The place was so adorable but the cigarette smoke on my clothes is why I didn’t give a ten.

Ive been admiring these little cottages for quite some time and finally had a need to stay. They are nestled amongst beautiful old trees and connected by a boardwalk. They are absolutely charming on the outside and there was a small pond with a waterfall next to mine. Flowers on the rails in flower boxes. The interior was quite cute and larger than i expected. It felt " homey" Was also surprised by the kitchen which had a large refrigerator, a large hot plate , and utensils and cookware, though I did not use any of the cooking utensils. Bathroom was spacious and nicely decorated. There was a small couch with lounger on it and a nice, large television. The room was comfortably cooled with a mini split and a ceiling fan. Cottage 19, which is the first one you pass, reaked of Marijuana. The windows were up so that may be the reason it was so strong. I totally understand it could have been used for medicinal reasons, but since the cottages are " no smoking" i was confused. My room had been smoked in even though there were no smoking signs. I was only there one night but my clothes and bags still smell of smoke. There was a thick layer of dust on too of the refrigerator, and on the shelf where the bowls and cups were kept. The floor by the front door was sticky, but that was the only place. Bed "looked" very comfy, but if you didnt move frequently, it was almost impossible to turn over. It felt like I was sinking. There was some mold on the inside of the shower door, and a used wash cloth hanging over the top rail. The bathroom window had been left unlocked. Im glad I noticed it because there was a dark, wooded alley way on that side of the cabin. This is not the fault of the establishment, but my neighbors had kids( or just one) that ran constantly from 4p-930 and started again at 630. It was very annoying.

Close to the beach. Private and felt secluded. Nice cottage. Room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it. Stayed before and it was really clean. One night alarms went off in other cottages at 3am and I couldn’t get back to sleep. I know things happen so I’m not upset or mad about it.

After a day the room had a strong mildew smell. The fire alarm went off at 1 am and disrupted my sleep
