the room smelled like a men's locker room after a workout. The water in the pool was green with algae.

No AC in the hallways, carpets not vacuumed, leaking AC unit in Gym, Gym equipment not updated. Staff not respond to issues, which is why we should not have arabs maintaining hotels. They do not care.

Curtain did no shut off all outside light. Floor in bathroom needs to cleaned not just wet mopped over and done. I spilled some water and wiped it up and came back black and with some hair which indicates it was not cleaned properly. Wonder about regular floor. No instructions on TV channels and what was free. Ice machine on 1st floor out back door works great but is rusting out at legs. Hope they clean the ice dispensing shout I would stay there again.

I was very surprised by this whole interaction and was not looking forward to seeing the state of my room. It definitely was not very clean. I wished I had brought my house shoes because I did not want to take my shoes off and walk around, even with socks! Unfriendly staff and a dirty room.
