Comfort Inn Festus - St Louis South

Great place to stay in the area and a good value for the money spent. Just South of St. Louis and plenty of places to shop, eat and go on adventures. The water pressure in the shower was weak but we got by.

It was good and the staff was really nice

Bed bugs in 100% of the rooms, the room we were in had shooter bottles that were empty scattered everywhere and i woke up at 4am to a bed but crawling between me and my daughter. Terrible experience even for just 42 bucks would not advise.

I travel for work for a living. I stay in hotels 90% of the year. I just needed a room for a night on my commute to work so I chose this comfort inn. It was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty room terrible breakfast

The breakfast was good. The room was very humid. Carpet felt dirty and mold was around the ceiling

The room was damp and smelled like mildew. The carpet in the room was wet. The hair dryer didn’t work. Outside in the hallway smelled like paint thinner or some kind of chemical very strong. We complained to the front desk about the smell and he said that they were doing some “deep cleaning “ on that floor(2nd floor) and he would have someone check it out. We never heard anything else from him.

We had a room the was hot floors were not very clean and the sink wouldn’t drain the water

The Place is very Convenient, right off the highway, across from Hardee’s, Waffle house & very convenient Parking. The only thing I didn’t like was during my couple of days there, I could small moldy like smell from the hallway. Oh & it would be nice if the Hotel can add an Indoor Pool.

It was fine, bed could have been more comfy, no mattress pad.

Rooms smelled heavily of mold and was damp. Switched rooms to a Less smelly one but everything was still very damp. Too late in the night to find a different hotel so we stuck it out. Won’t stay again.

Ok place. Little run down. Carpet dirty with spots Furniture beat up and old. Lights not working bad bulbs ect. Is what it is

The Comfort Inn -Fetus was its usual CI standards. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was good, though there wasn't a change in thier selection for the 3 breakfasts we had. The only complaint was at check-in, they didn't tell us we had to request room service. We had to fetch our TP and towels from the front desk. We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. They came up only after we called them. The desk clerk that checked us in barely talked to us. All other front staff made a point to greet us as we walked through the reception area.

Room was disgusting filthy dirty. I will never stay there again. I canceled my Saturday night reservation and will stay at a different location. The room smelled dirty horrible

Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. We would not stay here again unless absolutely forced to, and our best advice is to save yourself the frustration and find a better alternative.
