Got a room that wasnt cleaned and was sent to another room. That room seemed better until morning when the food we put on the table was COVERED in ants. The room was also moist.

We brought our kids for a weekend getaway, but the room was so hot that everyone was miserable. We were sweating so much that our hair was wet, and after being unable to sleep all night, we went downstairs around 6:00 a.m. to see what time the pool opened. When we got to the pool area, it looked like there had been a party. There were clothes left lying around, and the pool itself was green, cloudy, and had a film across the top. The water was so murky that you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool. The hotel did refund our money, which we appreciated, but unfortunately our experience was so poor that we were unable to stay for the weekend as we had originally planned.

So this property is no longer a Days Inn and is now a Baymont. The bed had what appeared to be blood stains on the mattress and holes in the mattress. The peep hole was caulked shut. The doors to the outside of the property were not actually locked. The light fixtures were missing light bulbs in the room. We checked in and within 30 minutes checked back out.

The bathroom was infested with gnats. Even though it was only a overnight stay I felt dirty. The walk way was soooo hot & you can tell water leeks from ceiling in bathroom. Saw a few ants on the floor .. I wouldn’t recommend longer then a few hrs just to get a little rest if it’s your only option.

Mirror in bathroom had a crack all the way down the middle. Bed was comfortable. Ok for one night stay.

The breakfast was ok. The beds were soft. Room was to clean we ask for more towels but wouldn't give us any. There were ants everywhere our grandson said the pool was very nasty. They didn't clean our room while we was out for our second night stay. I'm very disappointed ☹️

It really bothered my son. The breakfast staff was super friendly.

Halls were dirty, first room had bugs all over it. We were moved to another room. This one had a very dirty bathroom. Staff offered to move us again, but we chose to not stay here.

The staff was kind and helpful. Our check-in was late, and the front desk clerk was warm, welcoming and efficient. Our room was clean and everything from toilets, shower, light fixtures, window shades, fridge and beds were well-maintained. The breakfast in the morning was well-stocked with lots of options such as eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and more. The property seems to be changing hands, as some parts of the hotel seem to be going through a refurbishment, but that did not affect our situation or stay. It looks like the property could host events and conventions.

Price

The location is around a lot of 24hr food places. Gnats were everywhere in our room, I woke up with one on my face and I think one went up my nose.

They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay.

Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had we didn't get in until after 1am after driving 10 hours for a family emergency. When we checked in the room was gross and the TV remote didnt work. We had to go to the desk to ask for a new one. But the bathroom was bad too. The shower had paint in it, the Ada handles had the metal covers hanging down and they are sharp. The toilet seat was a child size toilet seat meaning a grown adult struggled. What confused us is how the state was so poor but yet they had fancy led mirrors with the plastic still on them. But what ended our stay a day early was the breakfast. My husband drank spoiled milk because they were serving milk that expired may 17th it was may 23rd at that point. The bread was rock solid and the food was cold. All in all a horrible experience we checked out a day early when we should have been sitting by our family members side who is dying.

The hotel room was somewhat updated with newer furniture and tv but the bathroom and tub were filthy. The rest if the hotel was in pretty bad condition as well. The carpets were really dirty and ceiling tiles were missing in the hallways. There were sketchy folks milling about as well.

Very clean, staff was great, nice for the price, convenient to stay at out of St Louis, stayed here w a friend because of an extremely early check in time to Missouri Baptist Hospital…will stay here again for any other early procedures at any St Louis hospital

Our room air conditioning/heating unit was LOUD, with constant rattling sound, staff were unresponsive to complaints, room was dirty, floors looked like recently painted walls and dried paint splatters on floors never cleaned up. Bed spread was stained with who knows what! No complimentary toiletry items in bathroom, one empty toilet tissue roll with the cardboard tube left on the holder. The elevator was filthy and the button pad on wall for floor selection was caked in dirt and grime. When we went to front desk the attendant was disinterested, unresponsive to complaints and spoke poor English. Avoid this dump at all costs!

They are going through renovations and restoring the hotel, it'll be beautiful when it's complete but their not there yet.

Absolutely nothing all.thenway down to.the not water proof shower curtains to the see thru curtains om.the windows with a spotlight outside the window Dirty rooms messed up booking rude employees full trash cans just unacceptable

Staff was difficult because it was late just misunderstanding I guess

Staff was very helpful. Room had issues with fruit flies in the bathroom. Had to ask for amenities, room did not have any. Not having carpet is not a problem. However, floor should be mopped.
